Excellent location. Modern look. Clean.

No toilet paper when we checked in and as there is minimal staffing we didn't receive toilet paper until the next afternoon (staff didn't arrive until after we left to explore the city). The couch bed (we booked a family room for 4 and one bed was the couch) was very uncomfortable. The mattress was too thin and the bars were felt through the mattress. The bathroom sink was impractical. It has a sleek modern design, but so thin you can't wash your face without getting water everywhere as the faucet is fixed and the surface area tiny.

Rooms are very cold. The air conditioner was on the summer schedule. I asked for an extra heater or blanket but unfortunately they couldn't help. It should have been more sensitive. I said I wanted to move to another hotel. I was told that they would not refund and that I should continue to stay at the hotel in this way. no help on this. I would not recommend this boutique hotel in difficult situations.

Huge, comfortable bed. Fantastic shower. Great central location. lovely little balcony looking out to the streets. And really, really clean, and great smelling.

Room was too small. Literally There were no space for two persons to pass by, next to bed. the bathroom was right next to the bed, with glass barrier that was translucent so in the night it was dangerous, because it could hit it. it was too noisy, from the street and the other rooms. we could hear other people in hotel in the middle of the night, talking on the cell phones and having conversations. There wasn’t no chair and table so we could put our thing anywhere. there were no wardrobe for anything to put clothes.

The location is perfect: close to public transport, just next to Casa Mila', within walking distance from the center, but far enough from the tourist traps

Very cozy room with a good location, stores, cafes and public transport nearby. Nice and helpful staff. The possibility of self check-in is very useful for people with late flights. Detailed instructions and easy communication with the host.

I could hear some noise from the street in my room, but I have a very sensitive sleep, that might be just my problem.

The rooms got quite warm and stuffy very quickly if you turn off the AC but the AC is very good so that’s not a Problem (just not very environmentally friendly).

- Location: very well positioned, between metro Diagonal and Provença. - Air conditioning: good, silent and not oriented on the bed.

In reality, this does not look like a hotel, nor a boutique hotel. It is rather an « enhanced Airbnb »… - Reception: « due to Covid » it closes at 4 pm. In reality, COVID is a good excuse not to have a reception. Someone is present from 8 am to 4 pm. The rest of the time you have to deal with a series of codes and lockers to enter and get/leave your keys. Like an Airbnb… Definitely not a hotel. - Service: the first day the room was not cleaned. we were later explained that you have to leave a tag on the door to have it cleaned… - Room: the room is ok… nothing special. Mediocre taste, but well organised. No ad hoc space to put luggage and the curtains do not make it fully dark when there is sunlight. - Issue encountered: the cleaning personnel took away by mistake a piece of underwear that was on the bed. We informed the reception and the piece of underwear was not returned to us before we left. When we checked out, there was nobody at the reception for the reason mentioned above… we contacted the hotel again after leaving and they are asking us to take care of the shipment of the underwear by contacting Mail Boxing Etc (and pay for it…), even though this is a mistake of the hotel. This issue is currently unresolved and we have little hope that the hotel will return our belonging free of charge… - Check out: since we checked out before 8 am, we tried to leave the key in the dedicated locker. However, due to an error, the locker was not working. We left the key in a safe space and informed the hotel by SMS and though Booking since for several hours we did not receive any confirmation that the key was well received.
