地点非常好，步行去附近的景点都很方便。 前台服务Zoe很友善又耐心。 我订的大床房没有，免费升级套房，套房浴室很大，客厅宽厂。 我女儿非常喜欢客房服务的肉酱意面，连吃三天😅

The location was great, very central and a little walking can bring you to all the main destinations within the city centre. The staff was exceptional, accommodating my request to change to a new room when the first one had a bit of issue with the air-conditioning. The room change was in fact an upgrade but I was not charged for it! Lobby concierge also went out of the way to assist in some errands that I requested. Overall, perfect experience, not to mention, great value for the money.

Whilst the rooms had been upgraded with the times, the hotel is showing its age in some of the public areas. However, that does not impact on the great experience which was more than made up, for example with the service staff who were cordial, prompt in making up the room.

酒店员工非常友善, 尤其是礼宾部的Doris Qiu和Erica Xia，耐心指引我怎样去景点、预约、打车、到医院看医生等。还有，在17楼打扫房间卫生的汪阿姨，她协助我更换了好质量的加床，好让我睡得比较好！负责Room Service的同事也很贴心，都能按我们要求修改食物，非常感谢 酒店位置好，都在中心地带，去哪里都方便

酒店的中央空调（暖气）太热太闷，儿子因此发烧和感冒了，后来虽然已经关了打开窗，但行程已经因此改变 枕头太软，搞得脖子受罪 不正宗的海南鸡饭很难吃，鸡不滑，油饭变成酱油饭，很奇怪的味道
