The staff there are generally helpful. The location is good, near the tube station. It will be even better when the huge ongoing construction site outside of it is done.

The breakfast is not even close the standards of any four star hotels, very limited choices.

Everything in our room seemed to be broken. First of all the dryer wouldn’t work so we had to wait a long time to get it fixed and then they needed to change it! They were there for about an hour and we had things to do… they also never gave us laundry soap everyday so this was annoying. Also we popped all of our things into the fridge only to find a few days later the fridge was broken too! Pillows are too soft and now I have neck tension! Also there wasn’t a sofa so the lounge was pretty uncomfortable. The bath plug didn’t stay in and the water drained a few times so I ended up showering. Breakfast was average as well!

The room has all facilities I was looking for in my business trip. The service is superb, they are kind and always helpful. The location makes it so easy to move from here to other areas of Chengdu by car. Closed to the airport. The gym is 24 hours, which was highly appreciated since I only had early hours in the morning to workout. I am definitely coming back for leisure.

Nice that it is linked to the mall, which has a grocery store. Metro was a short walk away.

Located in a mall with a lot of restaurants and a supermarket. The room with a washing machine was a great help. Staff very friendly.

I live in a Capital land service apartment so I know the quality to expect. The kitchen and washing machine is very convenient. There is a shopping mall in the same building and a food court so in theory we don’t need to leave the building .

I booked for room with kitchen and washing machine and they didn’t give me one. Only after I called front desk they moved me to the room I booked, that was just bad. Also the traffic is terrible, road works outside and very small single lane entrance to the mall and offices and hotel. It’s next to the provincial stadium and academic centers so no sightseeing or decent food nearby , it’s two stop from old Chengdu , and two stop from new fancy area in the south , so a nice high end building stuck in a grey zone, not close to anything.

Breakfast for European to simple. But ok....

Receptionists are really kind. Hotel location is very close to a.subway and the vity center
