I was in Cairo for 8 days in the hotel..this hotel is great, the people who work there Sahra..lili..basem mohamed peter and gerog the owners of the hotel are sooo friendly they welcome you as if it were your home!! ! If I go back to Cairo I will go back to the Cecil Hotel. And Gerog has designed the roof terrace with so much love in the middle of the big city of Cairo and the roof terrace is a place of peace and relaxation, a little sweet oasis!! with a lot of love!!

宾至如归，感觉很好。虽然公共硬件设施不能跟我们国家相比较，但是工作人员的工作精神和服务能力非常棒，感觉天天回家的感觉。我们前后住了十多天，返回开罗继续入住。感谢埃及人民，你们很棒 这个街区很好，有好的店，店家都很好 房间通分透气大玻璃，一切很方便

Le personnel est au petit soin, on se sent comme à la maison. L’espace de vie commun est très relaxant et familial. Le personnel est arrangeant et attentif à nos besoins. Merci spécialement à Sara pour sa gentillesse

Malheureusement l’espace salle de bain privé dans les chambres doubles est assez abîmé et donc les joints sont noirs et pas très propre… et surtout l’eau de la douche sort de la salle de bain il faudrait refaire sinon rien à redire

An amazing hostel well-located close to metro station. Breakfast buffet was plentiful and the view from rooftop terrace was great. Staff was super kind and warm-hearted willing to help with anything.

The staff was amazing, the food also was good, everyone was so kind and the commodities were good.

The internet was not so good, sometimes doesn't work and the quality depends of the place of the hotel where you are, but all the rest was good.

The place has a nice terrace, AC is doing its job, the room's comfy, and the location's solid as well.

I wasn't too happy with how I was treated by this long-haired guy at the front desk – sorry, can't remember his name. He was pretty obnoxious, rude, and seemed like he woke up on the wrong side of the bed. Zero people skills and way too bossy. Even though he said sorry later on (probably because he had to otherwise he would have never done it), those two days I spent there weren't all that great. Just having him around made me feel off. On the flip side, the other two folks at the front desk were cool, especially the girl – she was super nice to me. No complaints there.

Stayed here before and a great stay as always. Staff are particularly friendly and helpful, great location, good rooms with nice communal areas as well and good breakfast. Great value for money.
