Location was great with the rooms located just off the main street and across the road from the Hot Pools
Bed was OK but not overly comfortable, the room was not very warm and it needed a bit of TLC.
We were informed after arrival that the next day there was a planned power cut - we thought there would be generator support for the motel but there wasn't so we couldn't even have a hot shower in the morning.

Good location, very clean and the staff were superb.

Being very close to the thermal pools and the town also easy walking distance to many of the surrounding walks
Due to the old and outdated units the sound proofing was non existant, we had to put up with listening to the TV in the adjoining unit until 11pm for 2 nights in a row. The unit required some much needed maintenance and upgrade. The bathroom taps were very hard to turn off (wasting water).

The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Great location, everything was within walking distance. Great services, Motel even provides towels for guests to use for the pool. We will definitely stay here again.

Lovely wood panelled Supreme King Rooms. Tasteful decor and lighting. Very comfortable.
The Spa back in function would be nice (esp. for longer stays).

Very convenient to the township and pools
There were 5+ flies in the room when we got into the room, along with about 6 dead ones in the rail of the ranch slider. Office lady could be a little nicer aswell. Other than that was a nice stay

Lovely and cool and quiet, so handy to the hot pools and eating places
Just a little disappointed that the spa bath wasn't working.
