Immaculate. Owners went out of their way to make sure we were looked after. Free laundry facilities!

Excellent location, lovely well maintained facilities, friendly staff & just a short stroll to everything. I booked my accommodation based on the excellent reviews & the reasonable pricing.

Hospitality was great, the hosts were friendly and welcoming with suggestions on what to do while in Hanmer.
The motel towel service for going to the pools is awesome ... no dealing with wet towels +++
The bed is real comfortable and cozy or snug.
The couch was a little hard and uncomfortable to sit in for any extended period of time.

Spacious room, spent two nights in apartment. Bedroom was large as was the lounge room. Good kitchen which allowed us to eat in. Comfy pillows on bed. Great location, nice and quiet but walking distance to pools etc.

Really enjoyed the room, was spacious and comfortable. The bath was great. Room was very warm. Staff were very nice, saved me from getting a flat battery.

Loved the 360° views ,it was super comfy and very relaxing. The staff were very friendly and we had a very great time.
