Very nice hosts. Clean, cozy rooms/cottages. I booked online, everything went smoothly. We will definitely come back here.

It was a lovely room, warm and clean. I liked that umbrellas were left on a hook outside our room when it rained and we had access to towels for the hot pools at no charge,

The room was quite spacious with a separate spa bath room. The outlook was nice, green and bushy. An easy walk to the eateries and pools. Great system providing towels for the pools. Extremely friendly staff on site. Quiet and peaceful and parking was good as well.

The shower was a little small but that’s probably because the spa bath had its own room.

I loved the little details like the umbrella outside every unit for use if it rained, the chocolates on the towers when you arrive and the supplying of towels for the thermal pools.

we had a studio with a spa with a Mountain View. The decor in the unit was pleasing, there was a lovely little balcony/ patio with bench and the unit was very clean, the outlook onto a garden was pleasing.

I liked everything, from my contact with Ella regarding a slightly earlier check-in option right through to the convenience of location. Our stay was exceptional, and I wish we'd had the option to stay another night. Highly recommend.

The location was nice and close to amenities, the spa bath was lovely. It was nice and clean. The staff were friendly.

One of the bedside lights bulb was blown, perhaps it could be replaced for the next persons stay. Also the toilet flush got stuck when I used it and ran continuously, funny story really as I am deaf in one ear and so didn’t hear it and my partner did not know where the water running sound was coming from, so kept him up for a bit in the middle of the night until he figured it out and stopped it from running. perhaps that needs to be looked at. I am Not saying as a negative really, but rather because I didn’t get the chance to say while I was there and it would make the stay even better.

Nice quiet spot just off the main road but still very convenient for the pools and restaurants. Much appreciated the provided umbrella.

Room lighting was poor for reading at night.
