I found the staff to be less friendly than expected, with only one out of three showing any warmth or smile. Communication through Booking.com messages went unanswered, even when trying to extend my stay. While the room was clean and comfortable, the elevator had an unpleasant smell, lacked soundproofing, and common areas were often cluttered with towels and debris. While there's potential, improvements in staff attitude, communication, and maintenance are needed for a better overall experience.

quiet, nice rooms friendly staff arrival and departure seamless. no hassle a towel was destroyed by cleaning dirt off the floor but they never complained nice park for kids opposite the hotel

we have a young son, and the floor was very dirty. swept fine but we cleaned a lot of dirt with a wet towel

lake view loom was nice and easy access to anywhere in Hanoi city
