Over all was okay, I loved the location, breakfast was good the staff were very polite and helpful

Smelled humidity and found a spider on the bathroom towel and little flies in the room

Elegant hotel. Conducive to my business meeting and just next door to the Metropole Sofitel which I stayed last visit

A bit further away from the old town area if you are looking to stay in the area

Stylish hotel with well-appointed comforts in prime location

Wonderful, stylish hotel located in a prime location in Hanoi near the Opera House. Friendly staff and service made our stay very comfortable from the front desk, housekeeping for items, and other staff. Rooms were well decorated with comfortable beds and a sizable bathroom.

Beautiful building managed by professional and dedicated staff. Not disappointed and will come again.

High quality breakfast buffet, excellent french pastries. Careful and quick staff. The Lautrec restaurant is definitely worth trying. Pool and gym every morning was just perfect.

The mattress has done its time…and would deserve an exchange.

Fabulous!

Everything excellent from start to end. Fast efficient checkin, friendly staff who could speak English which we have found is rare in Vietnam, lovely building, perfect location, fabulous breakfast, free bottled water and so comfortable beds and pillows.

Fantastic hotel but expect that from MGallery. Definitely would stay again. Good location close to Kiem Lake Hanoi.

Room was smaller than I expected. Otherwise nothing to complain about 👍👍

Expected better standard of room maintenance for the price.

Location n ambience are good. Breakfast very decent.

Mattress was sunken in the middle. Toilet flushing system doesn't work well. The swimming pool might need some chlorine. Had ear infection after swimming.

Happy with location but felt price wasn’t worth it.

Breakfast was great. Excellent location (close but outside madness of city center).

Facilities felt old and tired. Not a real window in room - looks out to courtyard.

Great location, Efficient Place but Dingy Rooms

I stayed the l'Opera Hanoi on two occasions over a one week period and found the location to be perfect, the staff efficient, helpful and pleasant, and the room decent in size. Great food but very expensive. Their left luggage service was very helpful

The room was very dark and dingy, though it was in keeping with the theme of being "opera" in style. Zero natural light. No wall between bathroom and room / just a curtain - shocking, not informed. Luckily I was living solo. Food was very expensive
