The paintings are really good and unqiue. Furniture are and room appearance are classic.

Rooms are bit smelly and we requested for changing Linens. Cleanliness bust be improved in common places.

I booked 4 rooms for my colleagues for a corporate event. I regret this choice. I have a bunch of complaints: 1. The rooms were not ready when we showed up. I had messaged the hotel via booking.com with arrival times. The hotel's excuse is that they do not support 24-hour checkins. But Booking.com promised 24-hour checkin - I even forwarded that email to them. My guests were not happy. Mr. Sarvanan claims I should not use booking.com but instead call him directly ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ 2. Because of the 24-hour checkin problem, I ended up paying for a room that I did not get access at all! I raised the complaint to Mr. Sarvanan and told him since the problem was between Justa and Booking.com, he should reimburse me. I even sent follow up emails with proof. He stopped taking my calls and answering my emails. They are being completely unresponsive. 3. I had to spend more time with this hotel on the phone just before the event. This was a time suck. First, they informed of trouble at their hotel and wanted to move my guests to Indiranagar Justa - on the day of the event. Then they did not have the courtesy of not asking my guests for a payment. If I booked the rooms and gave my credit card, isn't it common sense to make the payment against that? 4. I regret using booking.com. Every single instance of a problem, Mr. Sarvanan tried to blame me for using booking.com and mentioned I should be calling him and communicating with him directly. If I wanted to spend time on the phone, why should I bother with an online portal?

Had best stay ever, staff is polite and always greets with smile and we'll mannered. Food is delicious. Ambience is so good.

The room was big and spacious

Breakfast was not good. The staff service was very bad.

The location was great , as the lane it was located in was quite and pretty. The trinity metro station was right around the corner and so was easily accessible for cab and auto pick up.

Our check in time was 12 'O Clock in the afternoon according to the website and we were on time for check in , the manager informed us that the other guests have not yet vacated the rooms and so we had to wait at least an hour ( which is again like 1'O Clock in the afternoon) we had to wait so long and the rooms were still not ready to go and only after 2'O clock then they were getting the rooms ready. So in total we had to wait at least 2 hours from our actual check in time, which was super unprofessional. Service was very damn slow / waiting hall area was very small. The rooms were okay, not really lived up to our expectation. Though seems new in their pictures , certain things needed immediate attention , like a decent coating of paint .The bathroom lacked the bare essentials , my bath's framed shower door was missing. No complimentary toiletries or hair dryer , having booked a luxury deluxe room it was such a disappointment. Though the website states it is a king size bed ,the bedding was two single beds put together. The linen had some questionable stains. The colourful /decorative pillows barely needed a laundry day, it was really disgusting to look at.

The location and cleanliness of the hotel

Amazing location. Very comfortable rooms. Amazing food. Friendly and courteous staff. Always available. Best service compared to even some 5-star-hotel stays I have had. Food was good.

Would have liked more options at breakfast.

-The place is located very conveniently to the centre on MG Road, and that makes a big difference. They also have parking space for 2 small vehicles. -Staff is courteous and accomodating, even if service is slow. -Bed is very comfortable and bathroom is big even in basic category room. -Mini fridge in excellent cooling condition.

-BAD breakfast. No options at all and extremely slow service. Pictures are a lie because they all show a buffet style and even on a Saturday night when the rooms were full according to the staff, there was NO buffet breakfast on Sunday morning. There were three waiters and three tables only, still they forgot our juice order and it took a while to receive the food. The tables were not cleaned after other people ate there. Instead, they just placed our cutlery on the other half of the table. Not expected from a Justa property at all, especially paying over 2k per night. -Slow service and room was not cleaned properly after last guests. We asked for towels upon arrival because there were used towels and half empty shower gel/moisturizer bottle in the bathroom (this could happen to anyone, it's just a mistake). But, the real problem: we didn't receive the towels till the next morning! We had to REMIND the staff that we had asked for them. They completely forgot about us, even though we told them we had used towels in our room. Just no attention to detail at all. -Rooms are quite dark as the light fittings are all dim.

Pros: 1. Great location ( just off MG Road) 2. Superb value for money at the tariff ( paid Rs.2300) per night including breakfast. 3. Good connectivity ( walking distance to Metro stop, convenient for cab pick up, autos ( tuk tuks) easily available. 4. Clean bathroom

Cons: 1. The linen in the bedroom was not clean. Had stains that were questionable. 2. The decorative pillows were torn in places and looked horrible. Would be a great idea to just ditch them. 3. The walls needed a coat of paint and my room had noticeable seepage at the bottom on one wall.
