The furnishings (eg floorings, wall tiles in the toilet) were aged and of poor quality.

The location is convenient and easy going! Especially the counter staff are really nice and helpful. The air conditioner is also very strong.

The beds were not clean, even though I reported it to the staff in the first 2 days. But they still didn't take any action to make us feel comfort in the last 3 days days. Besides, the arrangements of the hotel staff also improper.

there are insects and spiders on the wall and table, i have changed for two rooms and all are still having these insects. the young female receptionist even asked if i mind to sleep with these insects. awful experience, originally booked for four nights but i cancelled and they refunded three nights for me only. i have to change hotel during midnight

no cleaning service if you stay for fewer than 3 nights, having to empty trash bins by ourselves, asked for towel change but they never got changed

Great central location, fancy bidet toilets and a nice complimentary gift basket.

The rooms are starting to look a little rough around the edges and the cleaning was a little spotty. There were marks on the bedside table that hadn't been wiped down and hair in the shower.

Room was very small, hotel facilities were limited, staff could only speak limited English

Breakfast was provided as part of the hotel stay, and it was pretty yummy! Was surprised by the state of the room, very clean and comfortable and it looked new. Toilet was also very clean. Room layout made it comfortable to lay out 2 open luggage.

Toilet and shower area was smaller than expected, however both were very clean so didn't have any major issues with the size. Lifts took awhile to come and the lifts were pretty small but this wasn't a major issue as long as you cater sufficient time to checkout and leave the hotel.

the hotel only do house keeping alternate of the day. Wall is a little thin and also lack of privacy ( windows are facing to the next building very close)

Location was perfect! Everything was nearby such as Department stores, 7/11, local restaurants, parks & public transport.

not spacious but served its purpose of a comfortable sleep.
