Location excellent, fresh smells when I get into the hotel. Hot spring excellent. I like all new decor of the hotel, everything I like there , I told all my friends in HK about this tree hotel. I’m from Toronto but travel Taiwan is so cheap and beautiful there, I love it.

Room was bigger than I expected. Came with a ridiculously fancy toilet and large soaking tub. Free bottled water was refilled daily and housekeeping was very good. I loved the super hot water that made long baths so nice.

nothing much…just that you’d need to go round the Taipei Arena to come into activities and buzz. But for one who wants convenience and yet some quiet…this is it.

The room was nice and big, only the wardrobe is a little small for four people. Breakfast is ok, hopefully the standard would be better. Location is great, with the public transport near the hotel, small restaurants, wet market behind the hotel. And you are able to walk to Dong Qu for shopping and good restaurants.

Breakfast standard needs to be better a little, and the facility for Jacucci and Onsen, I think the hotel guests should be able to use without paying extra.

I really liked the ambiance of the place. It felt like I was staying in an art gallery.

Sound proofing would have been nice but that doesn't take away from the beauty of the place. Will definitely book again.

Hands down one of the prettiest hotels ever! They are very committed to the tree theme, even the elevators are well decorated. Everything looks really new and well maintained. The reception staff were professional and helpful, they had processes for keeping your luggage for you etc. They also had a drinks bar near the reception that's open to all guests. The room is huge, can probably have 4 people living comfortably. Housekeeping staff is really meticulous, the room is incredibly clean and they take care to replace all consumables every day. Toilet is huge and somes with the automated bidet 😄 Location is really convenient, there's a bus stop nearby that can get you to most places in Taipei. There's even a direct bus to Jiufen!

The reception is on the 4th floor which was a bit confusing for us coming in from the 1st floor, until we saw a sign posted near the lift lobby. There wasn't any staff there to give directions at the time that we were trying to check in, although we did see some of them around at other times of the day.

The location of the hotel was convenient from Taoyuan Airport and there were plenty of food options in the vicinity. The room amenities were well-stocked and housekeeping services are top-notch! There was ample space in the room to place our pieces of luggage and the bathroom was spacious as well. We even received a snack pack from the hotel as part of the new year celebration which was extremely thoughtful

There were some mild stains on the comforter.

The room was very nice and wood themed. Warm colours. I like the curtain that can close off the bathroom. The bed was huge and comfortable. There was a large bathtub, and a sofa with a small coffee table.

The desk is right in front of the TV, so you can't use the desk and watch TV at the same time. Glass door for the toilet is an odd choice.

This is a beautiful hotel. From the time you enter until you get to the room, everything reflects the name. The place welcoming and gives a feeling of serenity. The staff was extremely pleasant, patient and helpful. We loved the place and it’s somewhere we won’t think twice about staying again.

Beautiful decor, spacious and comfortable room with a big bath tub, friendly staff and great location next to the Taipei Arena.

No coffee in the room.

The room was huge and I love the leaf patterns on the wall. The bathroom was lovely and could be closed off by a curtain.

The wicker of the sofa was a little uncomfortable and there aren't many English options on the TV.
