The property was perfect for its price. You got everything you need from a spacious room to breakfast. Location was just few minutes walk away from Pratunam Market. Outside you will already be greeted by Massage shops if you wish to book one and a variety of Thai food on the left. Breakfast was limited but varied enough for a few days of stay. It is also Halal which was the plus point.

The water in the shower wasn’t consistent. Even without adjusting it again and again, the water would go from super hot to super cold in just a matter of seconds.

We liked the staff which was very helpful. The size of the room was fine and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was fine (a bit boring though) but food was not topped up much. Water and new towels were added to the room every day.

Even though the window faced the parking, not the street, the room was extremely loud and we had trouble sleeping. The location was not as good as we thought it would be.

Very near a BTS station, comfortable, clean and can thoroughly recommend as stayed here numerous times. A short walk from lots of things

Nice room, good facilities, room and shower room clean. Private car parking, nice reception area and cafe. Great location for sightseeing and attractions. Good friendly staff.

Traffic noise through the night, limited choice for breakfast for western folks - cold fried eggs and no cereal or dairy milk.

unfortunately the room we had was very noisy and we struggled to sleep. the road noise went all night

Convenient place, walking distance to BTS Skytrain (Ratchatewi BTS). Hotel staff very helpful, responsive, polite and friendly.

Nothing, overall good. It’s just the morning breakfast need to improve by at least provide 2-3 main menu such porridge, fried mee, friend rice.

Location is good walking distamce to BTS station.. Beside hotel there are 3 massage shop very convenient, good and cheap only 200 Bath//hour. Rooms is clean.and is very big for family of 3. Aircon is powerful. Room service is good especially for my family that are on vegetarian.

Toilet can be improved with air freshen will be good. Aircon for 2 in room should do frequent maibtenace but overall is good and comfy.

- Breakfast was awful. I like Thai food a lot and always eat at the local small restaurants but this hotel offers fried rice or fried noodles with strange smell and taste daily, lack of choice other then toast, even the fried egg tasted strange. - very very noisy inside the room even my room is not facing the main road and was on the 3rd floor. Never opened the windows still woke up by the traffic noise at night. - hotel facilities stated on Booking.com profile said they have shuttle services. I asked the reception the first day and he answered me yes ok but that’s only offer in town (not travel to other town or airport), I just have to tell them in advance that I need a ride. Turn out the second day I came down and ask the same staff and he denied that they have such service, instead they only offer charged ride to airport or call a taxi for me. One of the reason that I chose this hotel is because of the in-town shuttle service, but clearly they are lying and misleading on this. - pipe in the bathroom stink. Though there is room service everyday, The smell from the bathroom pipe is unbearable.

the room not clean, as you can see the underneath the bed was full of rubbish. the room got really bad smell, the light not bright enough, the room also really old. the customer service was bad, working way too slow, have to wait about an hour. totally bad. I don’t think the room worth the price that we pay for it.

The location was good right in the heart of Bangkok. The staff were nice. fairly clean

The room was very dated. it's right next to the main road and only single glazing so it's very noisy at night and at 7 am when rush hour starts. Everything about the room felt cheap and old... would have been fine if we were just looking for somewhere cheap to stay but it was much more expensive than other better hotels nearby that we've stayed at so felt a bit ripped off.

The male staff were very nice and speak English well. The room was clean every day and tea,coffee and kettle to make your own tea/coffee in the room were provided at no cost. The restaurant has great western and local menus that are palatable and is open up to mid night

The breakfast was mostly fried rice with egg,rice and red/white meat. For vegetarians there are no option. The bed sheets are old and need to be replace. Most of the staff don't speak English well. This makes communication difficult for most times especially when you want to inquire about something very basic

Hotel Location and Staff, the best location to be able to go around visiting Bangkok. Excellent Value for the money.

The Location is excellent, very near to BTS Sky Train and very near to Big Shopping Malls like Siam Paragon, etc.. Food also good.
