Very friendly and helpful personale, free parking, good hotel for this price. Easy to find it, close to the highway.

Wet ceiling, noisy and bright room from car traffic and street lights, no refrigerator, only 2 small lamps worked.

Dirty. Nobody speaks English. They hardly managed to use a computer to find reservation. And they did not find it. The worst experiences.

close to public transport

romms are not clean, heating was not functional ans outside there were -3 degree,the pictures on the site have nothing to do with the reality

Staff was rude. Ticket said breakfast was included and when we got to the hotel there was none

Location is good as it is close to tram line that goes direct to the center. There is free parking available.

Screams for renovating...

No TV, no hot water, no heating. Dirty room, bad smell, bad condition, not user friendly communication from the owners. Too big price for this offer. Never come back again there.

The train was near so transport was ok to get to the center in just 20 mins

The staff barely spoke english and the price is high for what you get, i didn’t like it and wouldn’t recommend

The old guy at the desk was pretty rude. Even said something along the lines of "are you Czech or? So I know who to call police on".. The whole place closed the gates at 10PM so we had to go around the building looking for a bell or something.

Parking, wifi, accept euros

First of all. The price was different. I told, that in booking.com my price is xx/euros, they told, that they not working with booking.com and they didnot pay them charged me +5euros. (Really? Ok.) We ordered one bed, get two. I don't recommend it. The feeling that you are spending the night in the middle of the highway (a tram outside the window, roads, heavy traffic, expressways, the police are constantly driving with alarms). The handles of the shower cabin are broken, the walls are not cleaned, the sink is cracked, the lighting is weak, the ceiling is swollen from damp and dirty. The walls and curtains of the room are also dirty. There is no kettle or fridge. There is a TV that does not work. There are holes in the bedding.. Staff didn’t understand english.

The room ist clean and comfortable. For this price- fair offer .

There is tram station nearby. That's why it is noisy.

Parking and location

Room had an extra broken TV. Broken lamp. Door, ceiling and window and facilities were very old. Staff all were busy with the Chinese restaurant next door. 3 star hotel but it is far under this level of 3 star hotels I visited during my trip.
