Location was great

The room was very dirty and there was dust everywhere, never stay there again

Comfortable bed. Friendly staff. Close to facilities in town. Clean room with all I needed for my staff

was very cold, heater didn’t work & noisy. bed was not comfortable. no hand soap & no hand towel. fridge too small. could not close shutters in windows.

Just a that the restaurant wasn't open as they were struggling to get a chef but this isn't a reflection on the hotel but more of an issue that a lot of businesses are going through since the pandemic.

The room matched up to the photos, looked like it had been renovated in the last few years and was quite clean. The location was pretty central, walkable to the main shops area.

These are only small nit-picky items and didnt effect my overall experience. There is a small upper level, and our room was underneath, there was a bit of noise from the upstairs room. The aircon/heater unit didnt seem to work well. I turned the temperature up to 30 degrees, and the room never got warm. The shutters didnt fit in the windows properly, so there was a bit of light coming through, would be an issue if you like a dark room.

Room was clean and tidy.

Friendly reception. Close to local eating places, good quality continental breakfast supplied in cost of accommodation.

Dripping taps in the bathroom.

Staff were lovely and ver accommodating to our needs. Rooms were spacious and set up well with lots of bench space.

The pool area needed a bit of maintenance to the surrounds.
