I highly recommend this hotel; the staff provides exceptionally warm, attentive, and professional service. The room's tidiness is impressive – not only is it well-organized, but the scattered toys of the children are also neatly arranged. The hotel's location is excellent, with convenient access to surrounding supermarkets and dining options. I will visit again.

Not as well placed as we expected as about 15 min walk across Darling Harbour bridge to begin the walk into CBD. But once found the light railway at the Star this helped. Not keen on the glass toilet walls or shower set up due to feeling of style over substance. Lay at pool for while but strong smell of cooking from vents - would suggest more foliage too to make walls more visual

Like the location the staff are friendly.

When we checked in, we didn't have the welcome snack packs, slippers, tea, or even a glass for drinking water. However, on the second day, they provided some. We also had to call them again to request a spoon and a glass.

Phenomenal service. The hotel itself is amazing, one of the best hotels I've stayed at globally. I want to publicly recognise the staff at this place for exceptional service. I have travelled a lot for work and I have not found better service. Please keep everything as it is, as your guest experience is second to none. A true example of the value gained from being customer-centered in the work you do. It certainly will result in much greater value and I've already booked my next stay.

I loved everything.

Even though the breakfast was not the usual buffet breakfast you find at the big hotel chains, the food was amazing. We stayed in both the jewel suit and the adored suit. Although the adored was bigger I personally preferred the jewel. Unfortunately we stayed during winter so we didn’t get to use the pool facilities but the area looked great for a summers day swim and a lunch/cocktail spot.

Location, parking, staff, and room were all excellent. Have to mention gorgeous and comfy pillows.
