The room was spotless,comfy bed,large tv,tea & coffee facilities and good shower.There is lots of parking available onsite.Staff were very polite & accommodating.

Our room was on the second floor and there was no lift.The stairs were very steep & exhausting. The bathroom was nicely decorated however it was a very tight layout. The property is on a very busy road and we could hear the traffic all night. The room was also very hot being on the top floor & we couldn’t leave a window open at night because of the road noise. Breakfast is available at an extra cost however I think it should be included at that price point.

The hotel area had a pungent odour of the extraction system from the restaurant which was like bad fat / cooking oil...this progressively worsened as I walk up the stairs and especially in my room. The bed was comfortable if I lay on one side of the mattress, but was a 'zip bed' (two singles zipped together) and was uncomfortable if you rolled into the middle...not what I was expecting! There were tomato sauce stains on the bedside table...house keeping obviously did not wipe the table properly after the previous occupant(s).

could hear upstairs moving around ( bedtime 😮) dirty towels left behind bathroom door. heating was off on arrival room was very cold and was ages before warmed up. breakfast was not the best, not cooked hard hard tomato, poached egg was like a boiled egg, beans cold and sausage pale and undercooked. went back to room after breakfast for a meeting on laptop and all I coukd hear was the cleaners, and banging doors, hope no one was trying to have a rest. no one was there to check out, kitchen staff said chuck key on desk.

My single room was right at the top of the building and the stairs were difficult with luggage. Would have liked a reading lamp by the bed.

The location was good, plenty of bars and restrictions and free parking

The room is very noisy when the restaurant is open with banging. Cleaners were shouting throughout the day when cleaning the rooms. Room was not turned over during the 3 day stay.

The staff was super helpful and kind. We requested a baby cot in our room for our one-year-old, and the manager provided fresh new bedding for it :) Our room was freshly renovated! Literally, everything is new, including the carpets. (room 104). We enjoyed a delicious dinner in their steak house - nachos for an appetizer, and filet steak for a main. The server and bartender were lovely! I highly recommend staying here. We will definitely book again
