Reasonably close to Bluebridge ferry. Close to road but not that much traffic so slept well, good to have off street parking. Only 50m to Countdown supermarket with a good selection of microwave meals available.

No soap provided so we bought some at the supermarket.

It appeared to be used as an emergency accommodation facility as well as for visitors to Wellington. Police were called to an incident in the room next to ours. No apologies from motel staff about this. Just odd.

It’s location was excellent as it is very close to Wellington Hospital

It was a freezing cold night and the heating was difficult to workout how to operate it. The information booklet said electric blankets were on the beds for our comfort there wasn’t any on the queen bed.

Compact, tidy units that a great deal of thought and consideration has gone into. There is a power board in the kitchen with spare plugs, wall plug on either side of the bed so amazing for multiple devices. Bathroom is well equipped and even has a hairdrier which is so handy, plenty of towels, soap and there are even earplugs for the weary traveller looking to zone out from the world. Kitchen is stocked with the basic equipment, cutlery ana utensils, tea, coffee and hot chocolate provided with milk in the fridge which is appreciated when you arrive and looking for a pause moment before venturing out. Bed is comfortable with nice crisp white sheets and an extra blanket and pillow on hand and from top to bottom the entire unit is spotlessly clean and fresh,

They should provide cutlery and linen depending on how many people are staying. It was 3 of us but only provided 1 towel.

The room was clean.

The room was very small for three adults. The parking space wasn't easy to maneuver a bigger vehicle around in. The upstairs guests were loud and heavy footed which was very audible to us in the room underneath them. Also the running water of the upstairs shower at 11.30pm was very loud and not welcomed when trying to sleep. We were awoken to men swearing and yelling very loudly around 4am who I think are long term guests of the motel.

A quick 2 minute walk to Wellington Hospital, very convenient to vist sick family member. Great Free Wifi which helped keep in contact with other family members.
