Очень грязный и уставший номер, маленькая кровать, которая шаталась, живность на каждом углу, выбитое стекло в душевой комнате, стоимость не соответствует качеству. Грязный бассейн и лежаки, которые помимо пыли пахли фекалиями. Старые полотенца. Белье и полотенца в пятнах непонятного происхождения, сырость и запах в номере.

Very friendly and helpfull staff. Good breakfast with lots of fresh fruit. Bed was comfortable, the rest of the room basic, like expected for this price.

I did not stay at the place as was dirty sheet had stain
I could not stay at this property as everything was dirty stains on sheet pillows I want a fill refund as was disgusting

I was the driver for a family and stayed close to their hotel, we choose this hotel for its location. The family who runs it is friendly and makes you feel welcome. Quiet location.
The first pictures suggest this is a beach location; and it is not. You have to walk out of the property and 5 to 10 minutes down the road you can access the beach. The pictures also suggest a lively and well assorted breakfast: it is a lot simpler than that and last the pictures make the rooms look a lot nicer than they really are. No flowers, no towels folded as swans etc. A little bit a dead place to be honest.

Amazing garden with fountains and friendly staff. We felt like being the part of the family. The pool is refreshing too!

The Wi-Fi connection is quite good and stable, the AC works well, the room is cleaned on a daily basis. The location is okay.
Compared to some other hotels in Bali of the same price range, Tanjung Sari Inn didn't impress us with its service. The room is very basic, not enough plugs, no toiletries were provided, the breakfast is quite poor and of low quality. Not all staff can speak enough English and it doesn't seem like they are attentive to their guests.
Besides, upon our arrival to the airport, we found out that there was nobody to pick us up as it was arranged with the hotel beforehand. The hotel staff didn't even notify us that the driver couldn't come so we had to call them ourselves and figure out the situation ourselves.

The area is very clean. Simple but very clean and nice. The staff cleanes every day in the morning the area and rooms too. The host is so kind and lovely person.
