Well situated. only 5 mins walk to the clock tower. Off street parking. Comfy beds, nice shower and an excellent breakfast.

Lovely clean welcoming hotel.. very pleasant and cheerful owner. Walking distance for most things.

nothing, paid for 2 nights in advance, no one was there when we tried to check in, no contact to advise the property was closed, travelled 2 and half hours, we had to find alternate accommodation

Excellent service the room was really good value the bed is one of the best for comfort excellent shower.

Nothing not to like it’s a shame the lady owner broke her shoulder just before we got there.

Good value , comfortable , clean and tidy room, everything you want from hairdryer to iron, tea/coffee making facilities, clean towels, TV, easy parking.

Breakfast was very good. Very well presented and organised.

TV was very small for the room. Did use the facilities in the comfortable lounge and watched the larger TV at times.

Room was excellent and quite large. Great breakfast. Wonderful host.

Seems like a minor thing, but the TV in the bedroom was very small. Otherwise the room was excellent.

No light in the bathroom, wires hanging from the ceiling, was told this was safe and to use the shaver light as this was bright and to be fair did light up the bathroom

The breakfast was great both in choice, quality and value. The room was clean and was daily brought back to its high standard of cleanliness and drinks replenished. this hotel deserves its four star rating.

The car parking on site is a problem in that three spaces are marked out for small car parking which unfortunately were not used by the small cars. This resulting in the larger spaces being used and spaces for larger cars being unavailable. I was forced to park my larger car at space which resulted in one of the access's to the hotel being blocked. so in reality the Hotel only as four car parking spaces for large cars.

I thought the decor was rather dated. They didn't replenish the tea/coffee etc..
