This hotel is near Davao people's park and other restaurants.
The staffs are nice.
- Small room
- Noisy aircon
- No bidet
- Water flow is weak

Love the location since its in the heart of the city and everything is accesible.
The lack of personal necessities. Most hotels give their guest personal hygiene kits..

The beds. We have separate beds. So comfy
None so far only thing is I left my jacket. Well, thats my fault

Not much to like.
Several flights of stairs - no elevator. Ants all over the room, including in the bed. Not enough waterpressure to take a shower. No restaurant.

The first staff was not that pleasant.Shes kinda irrated not sure why.

Having to walk to the third floor for my deluxe room. Being over 70 I found this frustrating and checked out halfway through my stay. Also the restaurant on booking .com, was a feature.However it was closed. Sad but true. Ju

the staff were receptive and transferred us to a different unit right away when we pointed out the broken window. the establishment is kept clean and it is very close to the city center
they have to do some maintenance to their windows and the showers are still using an old system of heating

The location is very good. It is right at the center of the city. Near to all necessities needed. The staff are very accommodating and friendly. Vehicles are very safe with security during night time.
Water supply on third floor needs a little improvement specially during morning. No storage for durian for pasalubong. No intercom for easy communication with staff.

It’s near Bangkerohan and People’s Park. Staff are very friendly. The beds are very comfortable and wifi is good.
Their restaurant is close so we can’t even order coffee in the morning.

The shower was amazing
Sad faces of staff apart from 1 lady all of the rest were terrible
Especially the so called "Lady Guard (nightshift)" she was terrible, sad looking person sleeping on the job and a lack of basic manners.
There was no " Thanks for staying with us" at departure and no welcome upon arrival
So 5/10 rating

Room looked better than what I could have expected.. Staff very helpful in carrying my 4pcs of luggage up and down 4 pair of stairs. I slept excellent.
I would have liked some simple breakfast place.. but no problem > I got that at the adjacent hotel Q8
