Breakfast was a little disappointing compared to other W hotels

Sehr schöner Stadtteil von Bangkok. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sehen toll aus und das Essen war auch sehr gut.

The staff were extremely polite and helpful in every way. The hotel very clean looked after. The gym is very good as well. Wifi was free and very fast. Location is centralized with a short walk to the metro.

The AC in was 9 out of 10. i wish it was slightly colder.

The room and facilities are great, couldn't ask for anything more. It was convenient to walk through the (air-conditioned) Sathorn Square building to reach Chong Nonsi BTS station and having a 7/11 closeby. It was always easy to get a Grab/taxi directly to/from the hotel (other locations in Bangkok can sometimes be gridlocked with traffic).

The location was a bit out of the way from the central hustle and bustle, which might some suit some people. At night you may hear traffic from the main road but didn't bother us as we aren't light sleepers.

Room was modern Good amenities Bar workers and the first reception worker was nice.

Key cards did not work. Had to visit reception 6 time for a new key card. Each time they did reverify who i am by asking my date of birth and what i have ordered by room service. Almost like they can not believe i have the money to spend there. Key card issue continued until i insisted on resolution (6th time), then my cards "magically" started to work without any issue. For Brunch i wanted to attend to the organization but "kindly" denied at the entry. "Maybe it will be too loud for you? How about a table over here?", Was the word the hostess chosen. Not very subtle at all. Food is overpriced and hamburger meat was full of gristle. Close to 1/3 of that meat was inedible. Hot water is brown , and smelling like rust. Once you fill the bathtub it will look like an ice tea. Definitely a health hazard If you have a sensitive skin, don't plan on going here. They have this booklet in each room and you are expected to read it. They basically give you homework to stay there. Nothing is easy, or accessible. For breakfast for example, don't look around for the omelette station because they don't have any! You have to order at the table. They have this historical looking building in the center, but you will have no idea what to do there , unless you do your homework on the booklet! The "whenever-whatever" desk is mostly empty, and after a while you will just feel defeated at this challenge of a hotel and order Grab instead. Internet is not working, never worked while i was there. Tried to check their "bible" the booklet, but there was no info. Then called whenever whatever desk, ( a ridiculous name ) there were no response. It was simpler to add refill to your tourist card then to connect to wifi here. Tried following days as well but nope, not working. Did not get a response or an assistance as well.

Отель замечательный! Все очень красиво, очень обходительный и внимательный персонал. Потрясающие кровати, подушки и белье, спать можно бесконечно:)) Завтрак достаточно разнообразный, не все успели попробовать, скорее всего что-то и упустили. Рекомендую всем!!

Хотели один раз быстро пообедать в ресторане отеля, но в меню была только тайская кухня, пиццы и бутерброды. Не стали обедать. Но это небольшое неудобство, т.к. рядом и вокруг много разнообразных вкусных мест:)
