Good location and big room

The furniture need change

the location of the hotel was good for my travel and planning.

the room was dirty with food traces from the previous costumers and the toilet was not clean as well, I was given another room but still did not met the expectation. I called the reception for brush and toothpaste, she kept ignoring my calls untill i went down the reception and her reason was not responding to my 20 calls is that she was busy with another customer.

The staff is exceptional. Friendly, efficient, hospitable, and professional. Especially Brenda from reception she's always super supportive, professional and super efficient.

Bad smell in the halls Old Not a 5 star place at all 0 aesthetics I booked but did not even stay because the rooms were smelly I checked in and left within a few hours

I’am really happy to stay at Mövenpick Hotel its really cozy and no one disturb you will you are sleeping 😴, In addition, i would like to thank a very friendly and cooperative team of Al Mamzar Mövenpick Hotel with smiley faces all the time. Specially from the Reception ( Shallo and Brinda ) they make me happy and satisfied that i extended my stay (thank you for everything) and from room service Excellent cooperative (Mohammed Jabran 🇵🇰) he try his best to make the guests satisfied and happy I really hope that he can get a promotion above his position. conveniently located- Satheesh, Razik were very helpful. Brenda was excellent and helped with late check out arrangements on short notice

Staff was great! Helped with all our questions and issues, especially thanks to Kris, who upgraded our room for free and answered all the questions first day. Also: 1. hotel had a transfer to/from the beach Al-Mamzar ( 10:00 to the beach, 14:00 back to the hotel). Entry to the beach is 5 dirhams for a person, but it worth it! Big, clean beach, not crowded at all! Transfer to the Deira Mall 16:00 and back 20:00 was great and really useful. The mall has cool boutiques! 2. Breakfast was really nice and tasty. 3. The room is big and had own washing machine, gas , fridge and microwave. Towels and shampoos included. Smart TV was used by mobile phone and had internet access 👏🏻 4. Location from bus/metros 10 min walk, right next to the hotel Subway (🌯), shop and restaurants. Walking distance to the near Al-Mamzar open beach is 10 min.
