the resort is excellent

the air conditioning in the room was awful. Seems that the restaurants don.='t turn on the air conditioning, it is unpleasant to be in a restaurant and not enjoying because of the heat. The shows are not too good, same dancing and singing every time was boring.

Absolutely Everyone was nice, kind, and attentive. They helped drive everyone around the large resort. Rooms were cleaned daily. They kept the excitement alive with activities and music at the pool. The beach was kept clean and seagrass removed every morning.

Having a few extra pops in the mini fridge would have been nice but thats the only improvement.

The property was expansive with access to other attached resorts.

The resort was pushing for everyone to attend an Iberostar presentation. Much so like a timeshare commitment.

We really liked the beach, pool area, restaurants and staff. Room was clean, A/C worked well and the casino was a plus.

I think they have to improve the entertainment. Day entertainment around the pool is boring and post shows at night as well. Dj music selection in not varied.

The beach is great. The French and Italian restaurants are good.

I reserved a room with a queen bed but got two double beds. They just offered to put the 2 beds together. Roaches in the room. The air conditioner hardly blows. The phone got disconnected on the 4th day and was never fixed. Concierge staff tries to sell you time-shared options instead of focusing on the service. Workers sit on the beach near customers, having lunch and making noise. Ignore the Mexican restaurant; the buffet is better than that.

Beautiful grounds, pool, beach. The restaurants and buffets were delicious and the staff was incredible. the shows were so much fun and the entertainment staff did such a great job engaging everyone. It was clean, albeit a bit dated in the rooms. Just a perfect and wonderful birthday trip with my mom.

Nothing, it was all great. The rooms maybe could be updated, but who cares. we barely spent any time in the rooms.

shows good during week days. bar selection good. food was good in some places and fair at others Japanese restaurant was the best.

Air conditioning was non existent our first room and barely worked in the replacement room. After 3 times contacting the hotel it was never fixed and no follow up from staff. weekend entertainment in the evenings was nothing special. Mexican restaurant was poor. pool was chilly many of the staff couldn’t speak or understand English several times the front desk staff said they would check our request but didn’t follow up later with an answer or solution.

The stay was nice overall for a stay with family. The beach was ok, although it had seaweed. Food and restaurants were good, with some exceptions (the Mexican and Greek restaurants are not worth it)

We are quite disappointed with the staff. It seems like people are not happy doing their job and their manners are not nice many times. We do not know the reason behind that (works conditions, etc), but mainly due to that reason, we would not go back to this hotel

need more drawers for staff, better control for food quality , straw for cocktails is still needed or should be available for each guest , the same way as water bottle is available

Loved the beach. My favorite server Aurelis in the restaurant who was very caring.

I did not like instant coffee served at breakfast, It used to be ground before. Shame for Iberostar. Also a very loud beach party did not let us sleep. It should have been moved away from rooms and not run past midnight.
