Ruime kamers, prima bedden, op bovenste etages fraai uitzicht over het dal, goede douche met tegen 23 uur gratis amusant concert van honden en apen. Zeer vriendelijke eigenaar en familieleden. De allerbeste/snelste wifi die ik op rondreis in Sri Lanka gehad heb.

It was a rainy and foggy day when we came to Chez Allen asking if there was a room available. My friend and I were warmly greeted with kind smiles and tea. Our room and the breakfast/diner area has a beautiful mountain view. There was warm water and a fireplace! We loved our stay!

The omelette was really nice! And the lady upstairs in the kitchen seemed lovely

The images of the property don’t represent the hotel, we had an pretty disappointing view, with someone laundry hanging outside the window. The ironing facilities were quiet dirty so couldn’t iron without finding a white clean cloth to cover the “board”. And what was really frustrating for me is the smell of the sheets, they smelt like damp and that bothered me a lot. That itself made me think the place is unclean.

Location was very bad, we hardly get there , parking was very dangerous, they take us through there kitchen and I was totally surprised, then the room they give us next kitchen and smell from the kitchen came to room ,hospitality zero, also the room they give us is totally different from what we booked, they ask me to write in a book my details, while he’s busy with the phone , so unprofessional,I ask them if we can leave they said we have to pay, since it was 8 pm already and we didn’t have choice we had to stay, in the room they have note saying not dirty bedsheets and was room note saying don’t wash clothes in the was room, and us was room was also smell bad, there was no toilet paper and no one even bother to ask if we need anything,very noisy and we were not able to get good sleep even, next morning the moment they see us they ask us to pay the bills, no good morning nothing, very bad manner, never recommend this place to anyone ☹️

Its very nice place its like you are in home .. very kind and helpful staff and the decoration of place and mountain view with clouds is amazing ..

Leaking water inside the bathroom is annoyed because all floor is wet and also we couldn't have got water for unexpected reasons .

The owner is very friendly. The room is very comfortable and clean. View from the hotel is nice.
