As usual, things were excellent! This was my third stay at the place. I might surely come back. Now, some special thanks to some special people: 1. Mr. Rahul - The Chief Cook - a wonderful man who was exceptionally nice to us and made all possible to please us 2. Mr. Nadeem (a.k.a. Mr. Shah Rukh Khan) - Friendly, polite, and super nice to us as always! 3. Mr. Santos always had a great beach bed for us. Super accommodative! All the best!

The location and space

1. We had a booked a room for 2 adults and 2 kids (5 and 9), the hotel team didn’t offer us extra beds for kids we had to ask for them. 2. It was the first time for us to stay at Waldorf, the team are not hospitable at all. They didn’t inform us about check out timings, where to eat, or about the facilities. We had to discover things on our own. 3 restaurants were closed for renovation, we weren’t informed when booking. We had to leave the hotel to eat at the mall. 3. Kids pool wasn’t clean

Everything was perfect: 1- Clean & spacious rooms with balcony. 2- Nice pool & see view. 3- Nice beach and pool. 4- Great spa experience. 5- Best staff ever very friendly and helpful.

Would be better if the room was soundproof

During my recent stay at the Waldorf Astoria, the Palm, I was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional service provided by waiters Nadeem and Waruna. Their attentiveness and dedication made our experience memorable, including a special "Welcome Back" cake that added a personal touch. Furthermore, Su Chef Rahul personally attended to our table during themed dinners, showcasing meals typical of various cultures. His Indian dinners were exceptional, providing us with a rich learning experience about the cuisine and culture of the country. Rahul's passion and knowledge greatly enhanced our dining experience, making each meal memorable. I was also delighted to reconnect with the Food and Beverage Manager Jacob, whom I know from a previous 5-star establishment. Jacob is a fantastic addition to the Waldorf Astoria team, always eager to assist us with anything during our stay. His presence and dedication to guest satisfaction truly reflect the high standards of the Waldorf Astoria. Additionally, the hotel magician offered outstanding performances for the guests. His magic is always stellar and entertaining, and he is fun, sociable, and great to be around, making him ideal evening entertainment for the guests. The spa team provided excellent service, always smiling and ensuring a relaxed atmosphere. The spa is one of the best I have experienced—quiet, spacious, and relaxing. The gym, with its stunning view of Burj Al Arab, stands out as one of the finest hotel gyms I have visited. Additionally, the staff working at the beach, and particularly, Mohammed Akram and Khalid were consistently welcoming and helpful, always ready with a smile and prepared sunbeds. Overall, the combination of exceptional staff, luxurious facilities, and a commitment to high standards makes the Waldorf Astoria, the Palm a top recommendation for anyone seeking an unparalleled hotel experience.

During our stay, we encountered an issue with the minibar as we did not wish to leave a deposit. A staff member removed the minibar from our room, which felt somewhat unusual.

Breakfast quality was ok but not the best.

Большой, удобный номер ( с боковым видом) Отличное спальное место, мягкие подушки, отличный матрас, белое постельное бельё, много полотенец. Всё чистое, без следов. Приветливый и вежливый персонал Уборка каждый день, смена белья каждый день. Воду, кофе, молоко в номер добавляют каждый день Еда в ресторане разнообразная, свежее не повторяющееся меню, можно сделать выбор Чистый бассейн и территория Wf хороший и стабильный Есть магазинчик внутри отеля ( сигареты, снеки, питьё, крема от загара и т.д)

1. Напитки вечером платные,начиная от чая и заканчивая бокалом вина 2. Когда заехали в номер, там были орехи, конфеты и печенье, забрали в тот же день, потому-что нужно оставлять депозит. В такой ценовой позиции, отель мог бы и оставить эти угощения…просто не приятно ( детям, когда они этого не обнаруживают) 3. Очень тихий отель, не знаю, хорошо это или плохо, но детям можно вечером предложить какие-то развлечения, просто скучно. 4. Очень! Очень далеко от центра и развлечений, с пробками ехать минут 40 5. Советую пользоваться только желтым такси ( городским) оно приезжает всегда и везет по счетчику.Заказать его можно прямо в отеле. Остальные, якобы такси очень наглые и ваш счет от центра до отеля может составить 450 дирхам ( я в такой ситуации, просто не отдала такую сумму и пригрозила полицией) открыл дверь и выпустил из машины
