Not much
Very noisy. Rooms are not sound insulated. I can hear cleaning staff from the other room and people talking while they pass in the corridor. The hotel indicated that there is EV charger on site. However, it turned out that it does not belong to the hotel and can not be used by guest. I raised the issue to the management but did not offer and solution or offer any compensation.

Amazing staff, very helpful and welcoming , good food , fast service , good location , good price .
Old depreciated building , AC , toilet , problem . Need renovation, furniture very old .

The room was not clean . The bed covers , pillows and duvets smelled dusty and smoky. When we arrived the bathroom had soiled clothes from earlier.
Overall the room was dusty .
I requested for bathrobes and they were not provided even after 2 calls .

Superb location, Staff is absolutely fantastic (big shout out to Team F8B in the breakfast section, all of them fantastic!), a really nice hotel overall
Seems I might have been bitten by bed bugs whilst there, front desk was nice and reactive upon mentioning this issue but I followed up over email as well and there was no comment to return or such, which is a bummer.

The staff was fantastic! Every person made us feel welcome. My son who turned 9 on the trip was treated like a star.
The menus for room service and on the rooftop by the pool could use a few more items.
