Very comfortable. Spacious room. Loved having a washer/dryer in the room as well as the kitchenette.

Hard to find/access due to construction in the area but that isn’t the properties fault. Only complain is lack of counter space in the bathroom. No place to put toiletries except on the back of the toilet or washing machine.

I chose it for easy access for Wellington station (it’s a few minutes round the corner) but it’s an easy walk into the CBD/quayside as well for sightseeing. Apartment was sparkling clean, really well appointed and staff very helpful. Bed was really comfortable too! Would definitely stay again and will look at other Quest hotels when travelling in future.

The location is convienient for the stadium but nothing else

From arrival and having to talk to a very quietly spoken after hours staff in the cold and pouring rain to leaving was a disappointment. In our first room the TV and heating didn’t work. The duty manager changed our room . We left on our second day but upon returning our previously booked and paid for car Park was allocated to another resident . When we called after hours, the staff member told us to call Booking.com it wasn’t his problem and was very arrogant . We found a space 250 Meters away from the hotel and had walk in the pouring rain and cold back to the hotel., we had initially booked a car parking space. We were told the reason for this was a staff member had cancelled our booking and our car parking allocation. We have been told we will have the cost of our car parking reimbursed but what about the inconvenience of us booking and paying but then having to park 250 meters away. Still waiting for our reimbursement . The beds are very uncomfortable and shower water pressure very weak . All In all not an enjoyable stay and won’t be staying again.

The staff are great . Love staying here as it’s always a pleasant stay.

We understand there is no service on Sundays but some extra tea and coffee would be good on the Saturday for Sunday!

The location was great, very central to embassy buildings and central city. The room was nice and quiet and when curtains pulled dark enough to ensure a great sleep in a very comfortable bed.

I couldnt work the oven that well and the microwave so hard to use. Also myself and another person could not enter the building on arrival because the intercom bell service was not working, we were lucky enough to have a man let us in when he arrived after about ten minutes. We could have rung the help number displayed but we didnt need to in the end.
