it was ok

the key collecting office needs a face lift, doesn't look nice, feels awkward. Also, I booked two apartments at the same time but we were allocated apartments far from each other. I did ask the caretaker if this was the best they could do and he said he couldn't do anything for us. What was disappointing was that when we got to our apartment there was a vacant apartment next door to us and that stayed vacant for the duration of our stay. I don't understand why Nathi (caretaker) would do that. There was no water in the area for the whole duration of our visit, couldn't bath couldn't use the toilets. The property owner did make arrangements for us to get water. We had to go around with buckets and pots stealing water from the fire water pipe.

Old furniture, old doors, poor maintenance on the Veranda or passege from the lift to the room. TV and electric cables all over the show.

The location of the unit is ideal

1. The doors needs attention. 2. There is a funny smell on the bathroom even though the toilet has been flushed

The couch are old, peeling and uneven which brings uncomfortable to sit it. Bedding has stains. We had to call the host to get Wi-Fi password

Airconditioners in the rooms were the only aspect missing

I liked the area, the pool area and the room had a big space.

The smell in the toilet,couches were not comfortable and I didn't like that we have to pay R500 to use braai stand. Atleast if you can have a braai area where we can use our own charcoal .

Location

The lights were not working in the kitchen and the balcony. TV remote was missing. Not enough glasses and kitchen cutlery. Bathroom toilet was not cleaned properly.

The location is great and it's easy to access. Security is tight but they are friendly and helpful. The property is very clean and neat. The scenery from the rooms is epic.

As always the stay was exceptional. The location is always good. Will definitely be back again as this is now my 5th stay there.

The cleaners kept leaving towels in the driers instead of removing them and setting them aside. The apartment felt like it needed a little bit of maintenance work, like the door to the balcony wasn’t locking right and we had a two year old with us. The curtains in the apartment are very very light. When the sun rises around 5 everyone was forced to wake up and when people walk in the corridor outside they can see movement of people at night. Not a very nice sight I must add.

Everything was amazing.
