A peaceful and scenic place which gives a home away from home kind of feeling.The host Marietjie is a genuine lovely person and everyone there was welcoming .We enjoyed our stay and will definitely book again in future.

The host is really wonderful. Even though I booked another room, she happily moved me to a different one when I requested. Attention to small things in the apartment (coffee, tea, milk and all the extra things in the bathroom that one might not find even in expensive hotels these days), really made all the difference. It was great.

Absolutely loved the outdoor area where the views of the valley were fabulous. Sunninghill Hospital and Mall of Africa were very close. Maria and Greg were fabulous hosts, even taking us to the hospital early one morning when there was an Uber protest. Even the birds were friendly. Loved our stay.

The place has an "out of the city" feel. We felt like we were outside of Johannesburg and the views were amazing
We had no electricity on our last night (Eskom's fault) but the patio heater as well as the gas heater in the house had no gas.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the Marietjie was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend it for anyone visiting for downtown

A nice peace and quite place, gives you a homee kind of feeling. Everyone there was welcoming .We enjoyed our stay ,we even added one more night to the 5 nights we booked,i would love to visit the place again
