We had to ask the front desk a few times to tell room service to clean our room and give us new towels and bedding.

Very nice, clean, affordable, near everything, staff are very friendly and give a good orientation about parking procedures, breakfast very well balanced

Coffee, Puertorican coffee should be given to guess instead of the american waterly one. Bed are not that confortable.

The location was quite good for my needs and purposes - My conference was at the more expensive hotel next door, the beach was very close, and I could walk both to the historic downtown (although it was a bit of a hike) and to Miramar neighborhood (where I found restaurants, bars, groceries, etc.). My room was very clean, very spacious and had a great view. It was quiet and very safe. It is easily accessible by taxi and Uber, and check in/out was very quick and easy.

There is little with regards to shopping (groceries et al) and restaurants in the immediate vicinity that is affordable, although you can find it with some walking. The breakfast was, well, pretty terrible for someone who is gluten free (lots of bagels, toast and packaged muffins, few fruit options and Folgers coffee from a machine), although the outdoor space for eating it was quite nice.

I didn’t like anything about this hotel.

I arrived at 7:30 p.m. and the room still wasn’t ready. My flight was 2 hours delayed so I was supposed to arrive earlier. There was another lady waiting for 4 hours. Then I get to my room and find blood on the bed skirt, mattress pad, and in the shower. Housekeeping gave attitude when I asked them to change all the bedding and said they were fully booked and didn’t have bedding. They eventually gave me new bedding but they gave such attitude as if I was being ridiculous. Blood is a bodily fluid and should be taken very seriously.

Location, staff is friendly, continental breakfast is simple but consistent. and the views are amazing. The area is nice with a lot of options for food and fun. Also, getting in and out of San Juan feels really easy from this area.

asked for more pillows and towels prior to arrival. once we got to the hotel, they were only 3 pillow per bed (2 people in each bed) we called to ask for more pillows and towels, they had no personnel to help us with this. had to sleep as it was. beds are SUPER hard. attention to detail in cleaning was HORRIBLE. the rolling door arch in was full of dust and hairs and the lamps at the back full of dirt and or fungus (didn’t want to even look harder to see what it was) the parking is a 4 minute walk and you have to take out your car first and then do check out (info that they don’t give you when you arrive) they instructed us to leave the parking card-key with the guard and that our checkout will be handled with after that. when I left the card-key with the guard he had no idea what to do with it. So, clearly, preventing a misunderstanding I had to take the key-card upstairs to the 2nd floor (lobby) myself. they offer you an included breakfast. at check in they don’t tell you where or when the breakfast will be served. we had to call to ask for it and the security guard was the one who had to put the breakfast up (cornflake boxes).

everything, elevator broke two days in a row and they were expecting for me to walk the stairs to the 7th floor with knee issue , I would not recommend, security at first floor always look crumpy, glass door were durty ,

location and price per night cost

Had to wait for the room to be available (40mins), other customers had to wait 3hrs. No parking for guests, had to pay $36 per day.

I liked the amenities provided in the room. The clerks were very helpful.

The common areas were a little dirty. There was a triathlon scheduled that weekend which affected our ability to tour Old San Juan and get to the ship in time for boarding. I wish we had been warned. Also the swimming portion caused a lot of noise @ 6:00 AM.

I wouldn't call it breakfast/ continental break more like snacks. There's cereal w/ milk, coffee, muffins and fruit sliced so thin you can look through it (only oranges, that's it)

The view from the room was amazing- very clear view of the ocean, city, rolling hills.
