the location is great, next to Coles, across from beach at night it is quiet i was not in camper van, i rented one of the tiny lodges- there was no cooking facilities nor microwave and after 6 nights it was not cleaned, i had to ask for it to be cleaned, sheets were not changed all week. i liked i was allowed to check out late i liked that i had booked originally for a dif date but it was ok for me to come another i was originally to stay one night --but unfortunately i had a bad boating accident and needed rest i chose to stay because i was unwell, and the location was great and the price, if i have to lay aroudn doing nothing i do not want to spend good money on a posh hotel i cannot enjoy.

i did not like being asked to pay more to upgrade on Friday night being lied to-- friday night i called to ask why there were new guests next to me, when there were all these other empty rooms, the manager told me they were all booked ? well they were not as i stayed there the entire weekend. she wanted to charge me to upgrade, ? after being in over 30 places in australia in the last 3 months, when i check in i usually get upgraded so to be the only long guest in this part of the park and ill, and be asked for more money ? why did you put them next to me in the first place, - its just disrpecpect, bad business and upset me more which made my recover time longer. being told how terrible i look by manager on a tuesday and housekeeper on a sunday ?? yes , i just got out of the ER thanks.. its not your business..i already know, thanks.. hence why i need a week of rest i had to go buy a mini heater because the room was cold at night - they did bring me blankets which was nice. or how worried they were about me ? i mean please... yet they do not knock on my door, text me check in on me ? not once.... !!! please its not your job to worry , and at least clean my room and just know how to extend my reservation and leave me in peace-- not once did they clean my room , i had to ask on saturday on sunday they cleaned it for 5 mins, and did not change sheets, yet all week they cleaned all those other rooms after check out for a long long while... that is how much they care about a guest staying a week and one that is not well.. that is what upset me i also had to send two emails requesting my check out be at 1 pm instead of 10 am , as i was not being picked up till then they agree to that which was hospitable yet the housekeeper was banging on my door at 9 am ? i mean please...know how to manage a property and do it seamlessly and do not take that out on a guest who does not even want to be there in the first place and needs some rest and no stress !!!

I think the bathroom for the disabled needs something more on the tiles as very slippery when wet.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Good value for money.

It was difficult to lock the door.

It was 30 minutes walking from the center and the room was very small, you walk in and touch the bed

Was so tidy & relaxing no matter how busy it was. The bungalows were beautiful super cozy & private. The staff were awesome! Really friendly & welcoming. All round a great place. Will definitely be booking in again.
