The staff are the stars; very helpful and responsive. Room was big and housekeeping was good.
Beds were not supportive. Bathroom window needs a mesh to keep out insects. Customer service is responsive during the booking process and during changes. I've not heard from them about my feedback (similar comments) from 6 months ago

The property was advertised as an apartment. But it is not….

Great hotel with perfect staff. I might forget some names but services from Arshok en Ali was great. Every question I had was answered very fast. Also the location was in quite a calm neighbourhood but still close to the main roads.

Spacious apartment with lots of amenities. Does have a place for working, a dining table, small kitchen etc. Bathroom has a window to vent. Location is not that central, but is very quiet and nice.
No furniture on balcony. Was not a huge fan of the breakfast.

Awesome Breakfast, Chef Vinod gave us a very welcoming treat with his magical food preparation.
Nevertheless to mention that POHA and Semolina Uppma was very good.
A Sports Bar or a Pub would have been a better option to hang around.

Location was great. Gym was available. Wifi was good. Staffs were average. Security guards were friendly.
- Front Desk Staff seems monotomous. Lack of emotions.
- We came back at 12am and there wan't anyone at the front desk anymore. Only the security guard
- Breakfast seems too simple.

Quite location but close to the hustle and bustle. Good rooms limited facilities but good enough for us.
We requested for a 3 hour extension to stay but that was denied. Expected this favour as we were new guests.

Food was like home food and light on the stomach. The chef was very hospitable and would customize food to our requirements.
