It was quiet and conveniently located for my purposes. The room was spacious with lots of cupboard space.

There was no washing up basin.

Place was well situated. Room very clean and tidy and bed comfortable.

On arrival my husband had to clean the toilet as it had not been cleaned before arrival When I texted management (as this property is a non contact property) site manager came to room all he did was apologise and said he would take it up with cleaning staff Really not good enough in these Covid times no offer to moving us to another room The rest of the room was comfortable but I was not comfortable during this stay as a unclean toilet is very off putting

Location is convenient. My only criticism is the bathroom where the shower is not contained and sprays into the toilet area

Rooms were clean but dated. Fees are right for the accommodation given you are just down the road from the hub of Tweed Heads.

The bathroom needs the shower screens replaced due to mould build up & no door on shower. Far from ideal.
