Absolutely nothing about this place is blessed or pleasant the managers the staff ahmed amougod charged me a extra 600 le because i disnt book in booking whrn i did i requested to extend nights on booking and with staff noone replied never over 2 days the worst family resort i have ever seen as an american retired police TD officer very rude unprofessional not accomodating ROOMS Were broken . Treated badly not welcoming at all.

Beautiful main area and main dining area. Pools and beach areas were good.

Rooms need too be updated! Furniture is old and I had to spray my bed. Towels were yellowish

The staff are not professional and the wifi is slower than a turtle

Very kind ,professional and welcoming staff. Very clean and organized facilities Wonderful Aqua park specially the kids part Astonishing sea view (clean and spacious) Clean restaurant (delicious meals and helpful kind staff) I much recommend this resort for vacations and holidays for couples ,families (specially kids) and friends.

Animations are more suitable for the foreigners ( but it may be due to the majority of the guests during my stay were germans and Russians)

The staff was very helpful, from saiid at the room service to Ahmed by the pool area, and restaurant staff. kids liked all the facilities especially the aqua park! We checked out at 12 pm and supposed to leave at 1 pm that day and the reception gave us a voucher for the lunch before we leave! Thank you for your generosity!

It was very crowded during the Eid holidays, especially the aqua park! additional floats at the aquapark are certainly needed. Also additional staff would be required during the Eid holidays period at the beach restaurant during lunch

Access to Alibaba aqua park was nice as its a vast facility with options.

-Extreme lack of food variety. -Very unprofessional staff. (especially during checking in as it took us 3 hours) -Unclean pools. -They specify food times like late breakfast from 10 to 11 but they shut down restaurant at 10:20 saying that there is no more food. -If you lose your bracelet (especially while swimming or riding aqua park slides which is normal) you need to PAY 5 €. -Non responsive to complaints ( it took us 12 hours to fix our toilet sink ). -No inner small transportation as our room was a 15 minute walk to the restaurant and another 10 mins to the pool. If you go to the pool and wish to head to the beach that will be another 25 minutes walking. -If you book all-inclusive, ANYTHING you order at the disco will cost you extra even if its a soft drink. -Place is too large but they only have 2 small pools with only 1 being heated. If you dont like how crowded they are you are forced to use Alibaba's pools (which is another 20 minute walk). - Poor animation team .. No shows only 1 show for kids - No landsccape - No rooms with view what so ever - hotel is very large and very dark all over the hotel except the reception

Abetter to have in the rooms a kettle to heat the water

Nothing Everything was excellent, the staff, the food, the cleanliness and the service excellent. If possible, they would choose the guests better
