i paid for high category of sea view room, but they only have one building with sea view without obstruction. the rest all have obstruction and not as picture described. the picture on their website is misleading. also they host wedding in front of the room, which is very noisy. no welcome drinks, even people are not proficient at check out. the hotel is like a maze, but no staff leading you to find the way. it is ridiculous to pay 4k+rmb to get such service, will not go again

The beach is amazing, I really like the view, one of the best of Sanya. They have a very good breakfast, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. All the hotel facilities are amazing.

The swimming area of the beach is a bit small and the activities are a bit expensive.

Private Beach is great and hotel facilities are top notch.

Beds by the pool are not up to standard and f&b is ok/ sufficient

The design of the hotel is very nice and they put a lot of emphasis on friendliness.

The large pool is very old and the wood surrounds too. The pool bar is no longer there.

Cleanliness of the beach

There were no activities at the beach . You could serve dinner when the sun sets

The hotel architecture design is really amazing, the hotel is well maintained and all facilities are very nice. The pool is huge with a good rest area below the trees. The sunny bay beach is clean, relaxing calm. We could enjoy the mornings and evenings there.

Some products, like some beverages coconut water, soft drinks were too expensive. I think a small adjustments at price would increase the sales and still being profitable.
