Breakfast was extensive. Rooms very clean, spacious and lovely balcony. Pool had different areas so you could have a family area and a quieter area. Several restaurants and bars so different options.

The breakfast room was very crowded and difficult to get sets even at different times. I would have preferred a room with a view not of the pool but it was not clear when booking, what the different areas and views were.

The room was beautiful, with a balcony with a relaxing view of the lake. The bathroom was clean and had a big bathtub, very enjoyable.

if you are looking for place to chill then this option is not really nice, it’s very family place with a lot of kids.

Breakfast was pretty good. The kids' pool was nice. It was nice they had a specially designated area of the beach with chairs, but it's a bit of a hike from the hotel and was very crowded (we were there just before CNY).

The service was good but not extremely attentive, sometimes details got missed. Not one of those hotels where they go above and beyond.

the dinner at the buffet was really bad, all food was not fresh and was cold . the bar is located in the gym! so in the evening while you are working out - you have to use gym with people who are drinking and smoking inside ! the beach is really dirty , they don’t take care of the sand at all .

This is a modern hotel, located 5 minutes from the Yalong bay sandy beach. It is also 5 minutes away from the La Floret shopping area, i.e. shops and restaurants including local cuisine as well as Western fast food, Pizza Hut, McDonald's, Burger King, and Starbucks. The service was excellent, we had a member of staff, Jerry, looking after us very well during our stay. The pool is entertaining for children, though the water is quite warm if you're looking to cool off. Breakfast was good, both local and Western options available, including an espresso machine (without frother). The hotel also has restaurants on premises.

the pool and hotel looks much better on the pics, also it much smaller than it looks like. the closest beach access is public beach which is overcrowded dirty and disgusting any time of the day, we had to take did everyday to go to the near by Sheraton beach. one night we had a problem with electricity in the bathroom, seems like it wasn't a first time as technician just came and fix it in 2 min, perhaps the system is too old.

The area just outside provided some evening entertainment with lots of restaurants and shops to visit. Also very close to the forest area. Breakfast was decent with an okay variety in selection. Angel the manager was understanding and helpful (wish I had met her earlier during my stay).

This was not as advertised. Definitely not the 5 star I'm used to in Sanya hotels in general. The staff didn't speak English and was not foreign friendly. I'd expect it from other guests but even staff would stop to point and let me know I was a foreigner. The room was not super clean and was rather basic. The breakfast room was always extremely hot, noisy and the tables and chairs often dirty. The pool area had no lifeguard anywhere outside of the kiddie pool and no service. TV offered international channels but there were 0 channels that worked. You had to cross 2 busy roads to access the beach. Not a welcoming environment, specifically for single/ friends or foreign travelers.

The resort was exceptionally clean and the rooms were amazing. The resort is in a wonderful location with plenty to see and do. The check-in and check-out service was efficient.

One of the few times we asked for something, it didn't happen. If you want to attract foreign customers, please make sure that at least some of your staff speaks basic English. Service delivery should be exceptionally quick, but we had to cancel a drinks order, since it took longer than an hour and we had to leave.

Awesome pool and grounds, and we loved our view of it from the balcony. Very comfortable room and beds, nice bathroom and shower, etc. The room and pool were highlights for sure! Good location near La Floret, McDonald’s and some shops, and a 5 minute walk to the beach, although they don’t seem to have their own beach chairs - someone said we could use the chairs at the Huayu a bit down the road, but we ended up taking a quick Didi to other hotels down the way and sat at the Sheraton beachfront, which was great. Breakfast was decent and a nice restaurant with aquarium in it, but fairly Chinese. Highly recommend all you can eat Japanese at Taro Teppenyaki - we went twice it was so delicious! They have golf carts to take you around the property and helpful staff. I had a great massage as well, although the spa seemed to just be in a regular hotel room (that’s where the massage was) - we never found the more formal listed “spa.” Overall a great time and we would stay again!

The hotel reception desk people were very rude ! We asked to change the room as we found bugs in it but they charged us extra payment for it !

We stayed 2 weeks over Christmas with our 2 year old boy. The hotel is close to a huge lake with open space and it comes with a big pool area but all in all we went only twice to the kids pool. Why, it’s almost always very windy and cause of the Location of the Building their is no sun at the Pool in the afternoon. This is a pitty. - pool bar run down not open and just looks ugly!!! - Same breakfast for 14 days, no change at all - animation team is also doing the same stuff everyday All in all: for a long weekend ok but...

The breakfast was incredible. And the pool was amazing!!!! Entertained my 3 girls (10, 8 & 6yo) all day every day for a week. Also a very close walk to the beach. Shops across the road with all you need. Loved it!

If I had to pick something I would say it was always difficult ordering room service. They should consider numbering the food items to make communication easier...
