Nice room, excellent location, extraordinary facilities

No table tennis, no billiards, no fitness room

The hotel has nice facilities for the families with kids: pools, slides. The new room is new indeed and has a washing machine, heated drying rack in the bath. The location is close to restaurants though the food there is so so. The gym is old but functional.

If you are not Chinese you probably come to the hotel on the beach to relax on a sun bed and swim next to the hotel. However, swimming was not allowed all the days I stayed there. You should go 15 min to the beach of Sheraton hotel to swim. There are no restrictions there and the waves are bigger. So it is better to stay in Sheraton. Although you cannot swim at Horizon beach, all kind of paid activities are allowed. It means that if you get an expensive room with a sea view and you will wake up with a constant noise from jet skis. Coconuts sold in the hotel were expensive and not fresh. Greed will kill the people.

The hotel facilities are incredible, it's a very well located and beautiful hotel. But very bad managed, this people need to learn that you can't have something great just using money to construct a beautiful place. You need much more than this!

This is the worst hotel I stayed in years. Worst than many 3 start hotels. After enter my room I saw a lot of water and sand in the floor, I had to call the manager to fix the dirty room! The swimming pools are great, but closes very very very early and has a lot of rude lifesaver around that complains with everything. For example, the nice dive swimming pool are open for 2 hours in the morning and 2 hours in the afternoon and to make things worst the staff get late to open but are in a rush to close it. The breakfast is just Chinese food with some few western options, not what we expect from a hotel of this level. The staff can't understand one single word in English, neither the basic things like where is the toilet? The water slides are great, but they put so many rules that I could not use. I have 110kg one I was too heavy, for the other my soon was too little, no fun. The beach is beautiful, but during my stay there was neither one single moment that they allowed me to swim. They told it was too dangerous, so I send a photo to the manager with almost no waves, so they told it's because coronavirus, but the sand and the swimming pools were crowded with guests, so It's just a no sense excuse. I tried to walk away from the lifesaver to swim, but the sand is in a big decline to the water, so not comfortable to walk in the sand in that beach area. Also a lot of water motor vehicles, so I ended giving up to swim. At night I went with my soon to see some sea animal in the sand and relax in front of the sea and the hotel security keep pointing a very powerful flashlight to us and making signs asking us to go back inside the hotel. This hotel is managed like a Army. I ended up moving to another hotel that was cheaper, better and didn't have any of this problems, I could swim in the beach, use the swimming pool until 22:30, used all water slides with my soon and the room was clean.

Good . Clean. Near from market. Fish restaurant. Muslim restart near from them .

Fantastic resort with absolutely amazing staff who cater to the clients for an amazing vacation. William the manager goes out of his way to take care of his guests along with his wonderful staff. Great hot pot and bbq dinners at the resort. You can also go across the street for local Chinese (and Western food). Supermarket there as well.

Breakfast and the pool can be super busy...lots of small small kids.

Great facility for Kids

Very clean, well - organized, huge and with lots of activities for kids, hotel. All are friendly and willing to help.

You could work on having more possibility of western style cuisine like salads /pasta/meat and fish with garnishes.

The garden, pool and beach were really nice. Especially the trees at the pool are beautiful. The location close to shops and restaurants is convenient.

Don’t understand why this hotel is the only one without English speaking staff. Breakfast buffet is a mess what basically is due to the guests: no rules, no discipline, no respect. Teaching children military habits is not only wired, it’s absolutely stupid, that had nothing to do with culture.
