The Front desk staff is very helpful especially Henson and Hector . All other staffs are friendly and helpful too .

If connecting rooms had been preserved for us would be perfect. suggest put some beach chair for hotel guests

The rooms were nice. It was a beautiful place.

Waaaaaaaay overpriced for what you get. The Food service staff are awful. Room service is 2 hour wait for a bottle of wine and the restaurants took minimum 10 min to get me a bottled beer. Tried going outside the hotel for food and there are options for Chinese food and supermarket beer which we went with but I could’ve done that with a crappy hostel. To be clear it’s a beautiful room but you can get a good room at other places. Shop around before going here.

The location is wonderful. The restaurant that serves breakfast is right on the beach. We can sit next to the sand and enjoy breakfast over the sunrise. It's a beautiful view.

The walk from our room to the beach was a little far. I'm sure the more expensive rooms are closer to the beachfront.

The beach, the pools, restaurants/beach bar. The staff were wonderful and so friendly. The hotel was very peaceful and quiet. We loved the outdoor living area attached to our room!

Rooms are slightly outdated

The view from our room was stunning. The couch on the deck was comfy for a nap or to play cards. The food was really good and pretty well priced for hotel food. The breakfast was delicious and there was lots of seats outside. People cleaned the beach regularly.you can walk to grocery, beer resto, etc.

I don’t understand why there are no sun beds on the beach. It is nice to swim in the sea. It even said if you like waves… this is the place to come.

I stay 4 nigth must take 8000 deposite otherwise they don’t open room for me! inside room all phone not work can’t contact lobby! beach side not clean! always go other place to swimming

The beach here is beautiful and peaceful. it’s a wonderful location for a quick get away.

Everything was great, the room, the staff, the food and the hotel grounds and beach. The staff went out of their way to make an unforgettable stay (special thanks to Niki from Mediterraneo)The restaurants on site were affordable and delicious. We specially loved the view of the beautiful beach full of palm trees the hotel is located on.

I've been staying for national holidays and the biggest pool was unavailable for 2 days because they were filling it up.. during national holidays. Restaurants service incredibly low. Breakfast venue too small and then super crowded.

The hotel was clean. The staff was very polite.

Not many activities are offered by the hotel. The beach is very rocky and almost impossible to swim in the water.

First thing I want to say. Before coming to the hotel, I read a lot of reviews on Booking.Com, many of them were negative: the beach is dirty, wifi s poor, food selection is not enough. All of these proved to be untrue or maybe outdated. The beach is super clean and beautiful; the food selection is excellent, and wifi connection. As for the pools, they are a bit shallow, but the water is clean. The hotel is perfect for family stay, especially with small kids. The staff is polite and very attentive (special thanks to Mr Venture Wang).

I booked a room for three (two adults and a kid) with breakfast for all three guests included, but when we arrived, we were told that we have to pay for the kid's breakfast because he was taller than 1.4 m (no mention of this rule on the Booking.Com website). However, after we showed the reservation details, we were also given complimentary breakfast for the kid, just as we booked. So, this is not a minus, but rather something you should be prepared for.

the fact that there is several restaurant - also the 'beer factory' one the gym - swim pool ( clean, towels,,, ) the very good bar with good music the different restaurants and the chinese one is really great

- The reception - really too slow, not very customer oriented and the communication ( before coming, i have asked if any covid test was needed , "No" - arriving there, it was requested ??? - The hotel guard asked me to wear a mask when i was at swimming pool ( feet in the water) - I let him try to swim with a mask ! - No food/drink delivery to the pool - wait 1h to get a tomahawk steak ( that was good by the way)

I like absolutely everything about Intercontinental and If I go back I will go back to this hotel ONLY! Amazing place and we had very chilled and nice vacations

We stayed in the club rooms which, for an additional price, you can use the club pool and have a high ‘tea’ in the afternoon and cocktail hour & snacks in the evening. Many people opt for this so they don’t have to pay for expensive dinners in the restaurants. The room was great, everything you need: out door shower, bath and private splash pool. The beds and pillows were not comfortable though so we didn’t feel like we ever slept deeply. The club lounge was ok - nice pool, and generally friendly staff. Same food throughout our stay, which gets tiresome. Also, so many people rush to take everything so if you hang back, your options are greatly limited. The staff were generally polite and friendly. Although, I was told on one of the days that they had no water and I needed to go back to my room to get the complementary water. Overall a nice stay. Would go back if there was a discount or if one of the other hotels were not available.

Beds not very comfortable.

The location was close to the city centre but far enough away to be more private. The breakfast was excellent. The staff was caring and attentive.

In the nearby neighbourhood around the property, I wish that there were more options for dining and entertainment.

The room was perfect , the breakfast in the morning as well. The staff is nice and always available. The bar opened at night is a plus for those ones who would like to have a drink after dinner without leaving the hotel

Rocks everywhere, difficult to swim in the ocean if you don’t have proper shoes . The private seats provided by the hotel are too few.

The breakfast was wonderful there is such a wide variety to choose from. The manager Venture went out of his way to ensure our stay was pleasant. He showed a real commitment to guest satisfaction. All the staff were friendly and very helpful. The level of English at the resort is also good.

We liked everything but travellers would benefit from extra information on check in for example which nights offer buffet dining and if a club lounge is available with the appropriate costs involved of course.

We liked the design and layout of the hotel.

It would be great if there is airport drop off service. There is a bridge near the hotel which allows a lovely Seaview. However the bridge needs maintenance (see the picture below).
