The room has no air-conditioning.. only fans... but the fans are very loud and does not really help in the heat... The bed is small for 2... the room is dark...

The sink was located in the shower room, none in toilet. In room 007, noisy pipes when toilet was flushed and in the shower. Drains smelled slightly downstairs.

property location was excellent, staff were always present and friendly. The room was everything we wanted for our stay.

Super-kind staffs at Yays, and every equipment is perfect, and maintained beautiful. You can take both a bus and subway to reach this hotel, and only 2 bus stops from the central station. We really enjoyed the peaceful 5 day stay with 2 kids.

The lift was out of order, but the staff kindly helped us to lift everything to our room, and it's not problematic at all.

With children, it was convenient to use the kitchen in the room to heat up meals and to sleep on the sofa bed, which has a large area.

The location was perfect for our requirements. The Apartment was comfortable and well furnished. Everything in the kitchen was working very well (but a bit of advice from the staff was needed to understand how it worked... :-) ) We had a beautiful view on the canal. Staff at the concierge was very friendly and helpful. All in all, a very good experience.

The only little problem was on our depart: when we asked the reception for a taxi to the Central station we had a private car witout taxi sign, and without taxi meter. We had to pay for the short ride what asked, even if we thought it was quite expensive. Our fault: we should have asked in advance. But a suggestion to the hotel: when booking a taxi for a customer, always ask for a regular taxi with regular meter to avoid disappointments...

The bed was very comfortable. We loved the canal view. The apartment was light and spacious.
