The condo was everything the listing said it would be. We had a great experience. I have stayed in great condos in Alabama and Florida and this one was right up there with the best of them. The communication with the property owner was the best experience I have had. Julie made everything so easy, she was great getting back to me promptly. We will be staying at Julie’s condo in the future.

The condo itself is a corner unit that gives nice views of the ocean from either bedroom and through the sliders that lead to the balcony off the living room. It is on the fifth floor which is high enough so the noise is mostly limited to the sound of the surf. Nicely appointed, comfortable seating and bedding, and a kitchen large enough with cookware to cook like you do at home. The hosts were very clear in their instructions about arriving and leaving, which was helpful. They were also very responsive to any texts I sent them. For a week by the sea in Myrtle Beach, we found it to be good value and perfectly located.

Everything about the property was great. We loved the condo - the view was amazing! We had no issues, trouble, or concerns. The condo had everything we needed and was nicely furnished. The owner provided great information on the unit and there were no surprises. I would gladly return to this property next time I visit Myrtle Beach.

Well maintained unit and property with a great location. The corner unit is a great unit with a good layout. Only thing that would make it better is if there was a bistro set on the patio.

Wonderful condo with fantastic ocean front views! The condo was very clean and had everything we would have needed. The location was close enough to Broadway at the Beach and the Boardwalk, yet far enough away that we didn’t feel like we had any of that traffic. Free mini golf across the street that we forgot to do because we were so busy with other activities!! I can’t say enough great things about the property owner - she is superb with communication and is prompt to answer questions. The only thing - and this has nothing to do with the owner - save yourself the headache and just bypass the front desk. They have absolutely no information about you or for you since the booking is through VRBO - just head on up to the room and start enjoying your stay!

The property is centrally located and right on the beach. There are lots of dining options close by as well as grocery stores. The property is very clean and check in was a breeze. We enjoyed our relaxing stay!

My family and I had a great vacation! The room was as advertised. A wrap-around balcony with great coastline views, a spacious 2BR, a full kitchen with all dishware and utensils, and great beach access. The resort was spotless and the beds were comfortable. If I had any criticism, it would be, the furniture was in good shape and clean but dated.

Everything was fairly easy for 2 couples in our late 70’s. It was a little uncomfortable having to walk over to the parking garage that was about a block away, but we managed. The condo was nice and spacious. It could have been a little more tidy. . . Paint cans in the closets, open packages of food in kitchen cabinets, furniture a little worn and dusty. The bed in the primary bedroom had a foam rubber pad on it that made it hard to turn over. The beds in the secondary bedroom were very comfortable. Linens were clean but comforters needed a little refreshing. Overall, all of our needs were met and we had an enjoyable getaway. We were happy with our stay.

The condo was just as described, everything was excellent, worked as it should and a great location. Check in was smooth, getting our luggage to and from went smooth, parking is close and secure. I recommend this location for anyone looking to go to Myrtle Beach.

We were very pleased with our stay - Julie always answered either emails or phone call immediately, which takes the stress out of renting. The condo had a beautiful view of the ocean. My only issue was the chaos in the garage with people unloading their cars. My recommendation would be to wait until after 5:00 to check in. Thanks Julie!

The condo was clean, spacious and had a great oceanfront view. Also, the balcony off the master bedroom had a great sunset view. After the beach became shaded there were another 30 minutes of sunshine off that balcony. We had a great time and would definitely stay again.

The place was very comfortable, it's a nice building and a great town to visit. The kitchen is well equipped and made our week enjoyable. Only shortfall was a very slow internet (not safe either) connection, we used our cell phones as hot-spots. You will enjoy your visit, just take your hair dryer.

This condo was in a great location with amazing wraparound outside balcony. Great sunrises and a relaxing view. Well stocked kitchen and the space was really quiet. Walkable to many restaurants and a wonderful ice cream shop. Owner responds quickly to any questions. Great beach vacation!

I brought my 17 year-old in town to visit a potential college. The place was perfect and exactly as described. The owner was extremely attentive. The location is amazing and the view of the sunrise is gorgeous. We will be back for sure.

Check in process was super easy. Location was great. The small problem we had with the fridge was quickly addressed and resolved by the owner.

I had a good time and the condo was just as stated. I did reach out to Mrs. Julie about some concerns I had with the bathroom in the master bedroom. The seat was crooked and there was black mold in the bowl of the toilet(from not being cleaned properly) so I took it upon myself to clean it so that I could be comfortable with sitting on it. Other than needing to updated and the bathroom it was ok. Julie didn't seem concerned and actually appeared to be offended about what I was telling her but it was paid for so I got it over with.
