Up and coming neighborhood offers this completely renovated home..

The property was nice inside. Upon arrival, there were a couple things that could have been cleaner. We found an empty used water bottle in the living room and some things on a bathroom floor. The style of the house was very modern and there was plenty of room for 8 of us. Parking was much more difficult that anticipated- it took us 40 mins to find a spot the first night we arrived. The neighbor didn’t feel extremely safe, so we didn’t want the car too far away, but it was unavoidable at times. The rooftop deck was very nice and had a great view of the skyline.

Overall the property listing was accurate and the amenities were great. My only suggestion is to avoid confusion I would state that access to bedrooms are via inside stairs. I stress inside because if one has limited mobility, persons would know this before booking. Your comments on parking were spot on; very limited. When in Philly I would seek to rent again. Thank you for a very pleasant stay.

Very neat and tidy, the perfect property for what we needed. Stayed for a work conference with coworkers. House was located close enough to a subway that we didn’t have to drive and pay for parking at the convention center. Plenty of space and room for all of us. Accommodations were clean, beds comfy, and had everything we needed for being out of town guests. Amazing views from the rooftop deck. Neighborhood was very quiet with some great eateries located within walking distance. Owner was available if needed and was great with communication from booking to check-out. Would recommend.

Unit was well equipped to handle six women with each having their own bed and two per bathroom. The kitchen was well stocked and everything was very clean. Close to the airport, grocery store, liquor store and a nice restaurant- Chick’s. As in previous reviews, parking was TIGHT! We are seniors so if we could do it, you can do it!

The point breeze place was a welcome surprise! It was huge, with many floors and lots of comfy beds. Nice touches like face wipes and tissues in each room. Kitchen was beautiful and had enough chairs to all sit around the big wood table. Grill in the back, and a large rooftop with a view of Philly where we did yoga in the morning. Perfect trip!

We had a wonderful experience at this property. It was clean, modern, & spacious. It has a beautiful rooftop view of the Philadelphia skyline. It’s a really great location. There are 2 bus lines within a few blocks that take you into the city. There is also a Sprouts and Target within 4 blocks. Highly recommend this property if you are planning a trip to Philadelphia.

My friends and I stayed here for a small get together to celebrate our friend getting married. The check in process was okay and Shawn responds rather quickly but he also required A LOT of information beforehand which we've NEVER experienced with renting on vrbo and this was a bit frustrating. Also, the pictures led us to believe the home was pretty spacious which it was for the MOST part but the bedrooms are pretty small. The house also wasn't as clean as we would have liked, especially the kitchen. The garbage was full, the counters were sticky and the ice machine didnt work. In addition, the house had a bunch of ants, especially in the kitchen and dining area. I killed 21 ants in total, and again those are just the ones I killed. This made it a bit uncomfortable as I'm sure you can imagine. I will say, again, that Shawn responded quickly when reaching out to him leading up to our stay and was very accommodating with allowing us to return to the home when 1 of the ladies realized they left their car keys inside. Overall we made the best of our stay and had a great time celebrating our friend.

Great house to spend the weekend with lots of great restaurants near by. Street parking can be tricky but doable.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The house was big and clean. The most important things we look for. The area was really nice, close to everything we needed. Walking distance to south st and target. Parking was tricky because it’s all street parking but we were able to find a spot close by. Be careful to look for signs! I accidentally parked in a handicapped parking spot and got towed, but picking up the car was easy and cheaper than parking was at the convention center haha! I went on a run every morning and felt safe and found lots of nice places to run. Would def recommend! 10/10

It was the perfect spot for my (now) husband and hsi groomsmen to get ready for our wedding and host a few friends on the day after the wedding for some brunch and great city views!

Loved our stay, great views of the city from the rooftop deck, quiet neighborhood, parks nearby, south Philly was an awesome neighborhood to stay/visit. Home was very clean and comfortable. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

The Amenities were plentyful and so we felt very much at home. And the View from the rooftop was so awesome. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay in Philadelphia! The rental was great, absolutely no complaints. The location allowed us to walk and explore the city and the rental itself lived up to the beautiful pictures. We quickly fell in love with the roof top view, simply amazing!!! Parking was the only challenge with a larger vehicle. We ended up using the parking garage a few blocks away because parking wasn’t available.

The home itself was beautiful and spacious! We had 2 families with 5 kids between us and we never felt on top of each other. The kitchen was well stocked, everything was clean, and the view from the roof was spectacular. The beds were very comfy, but the bedrooms could use some shades especially because the large glass doors let in a lot of light. While the neighborhood wasn’t the cleanest city life I’ve ever been in, it looks like it is going through a transition with numerous houses being renovated. A strong positive is that the owner was quick at being responsive to anything we needed during our stay.

Our family stay at this property was absolutely wonderful. The house is large, clean, beautiful, and had everything we needed. The beds are amazingly comfortable, the kitchen is beautiful and extremely thoroughly stocked with cooking tools. The rooftop balcony offer amazing views of the city. Checking in and out was seamless. Highly recommend.

Our two families of 8 had plenty of space to both spread out when we wanted and come together to watch movies and eat meals. The house was just 10 minutes by Uber to downtown and just about all the tourist attractions. A local coffee shop is on the same block and we visited daily. Sean the owner was very accommodating and easily reached when needed. We loved our stay and definitely recommend!

The house was amazing and the views from the roof top were breath taking. Street parking was a little tough but not horrible! Overall an amazing experience.

Sean was great to communicate with and was prompt with responses while staying at his property. The view from the roof was awesome and it made for a great area to have a couple of beers and hang with my family. We were nervous about the parking prior to arriving but it was a non issue even on the nights we got back to the place late. Smart TV's throughout the home and we were able to connect easily but there was no live TV. Well stocked home with a Kurig coffee maker, plenty of dishes, the washer/dryer worked great, and the beds were comfy. We had a great time and Sean is a great owner.

This place looks recently remodeled, and has a great contemporary vibe. Beds are super comfy, bathrooms are spacious, kitchen fully equipped. Be prepared to climb lots of stairs, as this apartment has four floors (5 if you include the roof deck). Our only disappointment was outside. This neighborhood needs a trash cleanup day!

We had a great long weekend in Philadelphia staying at this property. There was plenty of room for everyone, the kitchen was well equipped and we had everything we needed. Sadly the weather was very cold, so we didn't get a chance to use the rooftop area but it did look lovely and had fantastic views. Sean was easy to communicate with and very helpful. We'd love to come again!

Our stay here was amazing!! The house is beautiful!! It was 12 of us and none of us felt like we were on top of each other, there was more than enough space for everyone. I would highly recommend staying here! Only thing is parking is tight but people move there car frequently so you will find a space and there is many stores in walking distance!!

We really enjoyed staying here. The house is clean and spacious and is located really close to everything. Owner was very communicative. Great coffee shop a few steps away didn't hurt either.

It was wonderful to spend the weekend in a space where we could all be together on the roof deck or in the kitchen but then had enough space to be on our own. Great walkability. Furnishings are worn and need some updating/deep cleaning as does the BBQ. Owner very responsive.

The townhouse inside was absolutely beautiful and perfect for our two families to meet up and be able to enjoy a short weekend in Philly! Communication with Sean was super smooth. Beds were comfy and everything was clean. Parking was a bit challenging, as we expected. Overall I would recommend staying here.
