Cleaness and staff were very frinedly especially Nasser. The location is very good and not very far from all dubai attractions

My stay at this hotel was enjoyable. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly. The location was great for exploring the city. Breakfast was decent, though the Wi-Fi could have been better. Overall, a good experience.

الموقع غير جيد لكن الافطار كان رائع

تأخير تسليم الغرف وعند الانتهاء منعني موظف الامن من الذهاب للمصعد رغم الارهاق الذي بدا واضحا على الأطفال وفاليوم التالي طلبت من عامل النظافة تنظيف الغرفة فأجابني الآن ؟ علما أن الساعة كانت قد تجاوزت الثامنة والنصف صباحا.

قبل الحجز تم التواصل مرتين مع الفندق للحصول على غرف عائلية وعند الحضور تم اعطاؤنا غرف منفصلة في نفس الطابق ولكن بعيدة عن بعضها البعض وهذا شكل صعوبة لنا لاننا عائلة واحدة. الاستقبال لا يجيبون على الهاتف وباب الغرفة كان معطل يفتح من الخارج دون الحاجة الى بطاقة.

Staff was helpful and made eggs on order nicely for my son. there are machines to make waffles with toppings. Would have like to see change in menu. Everything was good but exactly same every day. we stayed for four days.

I regularly book this hotel for myself friends and family.

Not the hotels fault. The property was flooded due to the Dubai rains and floods and closed for refurbishment. Would have expected them to relocate me to a new hotel. Had to show up at the property and find out the hard way. However, they had informed me a few days before via the app that the hotel is closed. But my booking was not cancelled and I had missed the message. That's on me.

All was good until the storm hit Dubai and flooding created havoc in the area and flooded inside the hotel right upto the dinning area. Hotel was totally unprepared and untrained to handle the chaos. They need emergency handling training.

Everything was very well until the storms.

after the heavy rain on Tuesday the water services stopped in the hotel and the hotel staff were informing us the engineers are working to rectify the problems but unfortunately we waited until Thursday with no success, finally we had to leave the hotel.

The hotel is nice and the location is near everything

I was supposed to leave the hotel the day the storm happened and the flight got postponed to the next day. I asked in the hotel for an extra night, but i was informed that the place is fully booked and this was a complete LIE! Because they wanted to charge people triple the amount for just one night, they told me to pay 1.200 dirhams for a night because they wanted to take advantage of the heavy rains. I asked if i can leave the luggages and go find another hotel, but they told me no you cant. How on earth can i leave the hotel with my luggages when the outside the hotel was flooded with water and water reached our knees!!! I stayed there for 6 nights before the flood, and they couldn’t find me a room? They left me waiting in the lobby for hours either my 11-year old niece full of water from the rain and then they told me we will do a discount and will charge you with the double the amount? What is this? I had to pay because there was no else to go and the next day i stayed for one more night because flight got postponed again and they told me we will do 50% off today which is the normal rate! Will never stay in this hotel ever again! The attitude of the whole staff is very bad and could handle such situation

Хороший отель. Чисто, хорошо убирали номер. Разнообразный завтрак, понравились вафли) В пешей доступности 2 станции метро. Ужин был скромнее завтрак, но тоже вполне прилично.

Возможно стоит добавить зубной набор и халаты

FO team was too slow for check in process. Wasn't able to turn off AC from the thermostat instead use the main switchboard to turn it off.

Perfekt tæt gå afstand til forskellige spisesteder. Og så kører der gratis bus hvordan til og fra stranden, et kæmpe plus.

Morgenmaden var lidt for arabisk til vores familie

Location it is walking distance from the mall of emirates and a central location to most of Dubai’s tourist attractions. Lots of restaurants around it and supermarkets and pharmacies

Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Kamers bijzonder schoon en worden dagelijks schoongemaakt. Dat vonden wij echter niet nodig. Prima ontbijt en heerlijk verwarmt zwembad. Ligging dicht bij de metro en de Emirates Mall
