everything. it was better than sleeping on the road. examples:
- the flush in the toilet was not working
- the toilet spray was not working
- the ac was not working
- no towels were provided
- the room had a certain very unpleasant smell

Nothing worst stay ever!
Rooms were not clean, bathrooms had broken pipes. Ac and tv was not working, fan had only one speed cant change it. The lady in reception is very rude and charged extra for my second day stay. DO NOT OPT THIS MY WORST STAY FOR SURE!

Very poor customer service. Honestly, they just didn’t care at all. Before we’ve arrived for a few days they kept sanding e-mail, requiring us to pay up front to keen the room reserved, even if there was no payment needed on booking.
They gave a twin room for a couple and were not fast to change it for a double as requested. The staff don’t speak English. They kept talking hindi to me. They didn’t have any change for us. The water in the cooler tasted like an old tap water. There was a pube on a toilet seat and a cockroach in the bathroom (I mean, it’s india, so, what can i do). For 2 ppl they left 1 little towel. And there was no hot water in the shower. Ah, and a few stains on the bedding. And as a cherry on top, there was a broken lift and a sign, that “they are not responsible for any theft in the hotel”.

Everything was superb. The hotel was nice, food was awesome, interior decoration of rooms as well as campus was great. Breakfast buffet was great with a lot of variety in snacks and fruits and taste was also good.

They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early at like 11am. We got to hotel super early and I didn’t wanna wait. So this was a big plus. The sevice was exceptional as well. Would definitely send a friend there.

the apartment was good. Nearby all amenities were available. however the front desk, housekeeping etc. all the services were being provided by their other hotel which was nearby. whenever you call them they hardly responds to your phone calls. You have to wait for long for any service. good things were like ample of parking, neat and clean apartment, ac in room as well as living area. they shows kitchenette in amenities however only kettle and refrigerator is available
The flush was not working. And they said it was not repairable and would require using a bucket.

The Location. The property was a good place but the lack of maintenance has ruined the place.
I booked and confirmed a standard double room. The property was almost 1 hr drive from the airport. Once I reached the Hotel they said all the standard rooms are solved and left me with no choice than upgrading for an additional cost. The room and the toilet were not cleaned and there’re insects everywhere. Bed linen was damaged and untidy.
