Walking through a crowded restaurant to check in Key card not working everytime I came out of room Constant noise all Saturday night from a room of partiers

Room was freezing cold and didn't go with breakfast this time as quoted £36 for 2 adults and a child, which seemed over the top, especially when it wasn't that great the last time we stayed a few months ago

Room was clean and comfortable and fit 2 adults and 2 children with room to move around still

Our bathroom door handle would stick meaning if either of the children closed the door we had to let them out as you really had to push down to open. On our second night we were a bit chilly but the heating in the room didn't give off hardly any heat at all so we just layered up. And lastly we could of done with a second card because if one adult nipped out to the car etc...the rest of us were plunged in to silence and darkness as they needed the card to get back in to the building.

Heating wasn’t working properly in the bedroom, No usb charging facility in the bedroom Litter in the car park , under bushes and on grassy areas, clearly some of it had been there a long time, senior management either don’t care or don’t visit often enough
