Position was great for MRT, walking to Little India and Arab Street. The pool was a great size for swimming and came with good city views. Great little hawker market outside hotel.

We had a loft room and just found it awkward, nothing wrong with the room, just didn't work for us.

The rooms were tiny and uncomfortable- the beds were on the floor which my mother found impossible to get into. The bathroom glass you could see through which meant unless you are very close this room is uncomfortable.

The room smell sweaty, i asked the front to arrange a thorough cleaning but they didn’t, overall the room is not clean, makes me feel uncomfortable

The pool level 7th should be close by 9pm. I was disturbed by noises “clanking” caused by the swinging bassinet seat at the pool just above my room at Level 6. I have to visit the pool at late hours to advise a resident to stop creating the noises. It was so disturbing that I couldn’t fall sleep that night. Very unpleasant experience.

I liked everything - the personal was very friendly and supported me a lot because of my lost luggage; they called and spoke to the lost and found …. The breakfast was brilliant; a variety of different delicious fresh food was offered every day. The service was brilliant. I liked also the very nice and clean pool very mich. The opening hours were perfect for business people. Early or late 20-30 breast swimming was no problem. The district Bugis is perfect for everything. The hotel is very close to the MRT station Bugis. food courts are close by as well as shopping centers @Singapur & Hotel Mercure Singapur Bugis I will come back!

The toilet does not have a bidet or jet shower, making it not a top choice for me as a moslem and Indonesian
