Lo único bueno fue la atención de la chica de la limpieza que no tenía ninguna culpa del mal servicio de los gestores del apartamento. Además seguro que es la que menos cobra.

Ni sartén, ni escurridor, ni filtro para la cafetera,etc... Al reservar dijimos que llevábamos a las 3 y no habían limpiado, es decir ni miran los mensajes que envías. Anunciaban parking y no te informan donde está ni la altura de vehículo que admite.

La situation géographique du logement.

Nous avons du aller à l’hôtel et n’avons reçu à ce jour aucun remboursement. La première déconvenue concernait le parking. Le logement est référencé Parking mais si vous descendez tout en bas de l’annonce c’est parking oui mais dans la rue ou au parking le plus proche. J’attends toujours qu’on m’explique ce qui différencie ce logement d’un logement sans parking. Mais bon pour cela c’est moi qui n’est pas été suffisamment vigilant en ne lisant pas les détails de l’annonce à ce sujet. J’aurais du aussi mieux lire les commentaires des autres avis je n’aurais pas réservé ici. Lors de notre arrivée à 15h il nous a été impossible de rentrer dans le logement. Nous avons dû attendre 18h30 pour apprendre que notre logement avait été investi par d’autre locataires. Il nous a alors été proposé un autre logement. Une fois dans le logement nous avons pu constater que le matelas était détérioré, la mousse intérieure était en plusieurs bouts et le matelas en lui même composé de 2 morceaux. Mais le comble c’était que le matelas, les draps et la couverture étaient sales et tachés de sang. Nous ne pouvions dormir dans un tel lit nous avions déjà eu du mal à récupérer les clé du logement alors avoir un nouveau matelas et des drap propres…. Nous avons finalement cherché un hôtel et avons payer un second hébergement.

Excellent kitchen facilities.

The advert was for 2 single beds but when we arrived they were pushed together with one set of bedding so this was not what we wanted or expected. We spoke to the owner about it who advised us of more bedding in the cupboard , but it was hard to tell if it was fresh or in a washing pile.

The location was great

It was not clean. No towels included. The house was dirty and smell horrible.

The studio looked great! Everything was very comfortable, the bed, the cushions, sanitary. Really made us relax after a long journey to get to marseille. The location is in the most beautiful village of Marseille.

I liked so much the position of the flat. Is a place very nice with the sun shining and you have close all that you need there. The flat is in a Very artistic place. I loved that Street And bouthaina was very nice with me. Thank you so much!

Walk alone in the night there. But the place is very beautiful and wonderful in the morning.

We enjoyed our stay in this apartment and we found the street it was in exciting and interesting and evocative of Marseille. In other words we were there for the experience. It did get a bit noisy on the Friday night but accepted this as part of the experience. The bed was comfortable and the towels provided were excellent. Having a little kitchenette is very convenient for breakfast and for making sandwiches to take for lunch.

The jug was cheap and took ages to boil switching itself on and off over 10 minutes or so. There was no large sharp knife or cutting board. The bathroom is very small and there was a bit of a smell if the door was left closed. We didn’t think the floor had been mopped properly if at all in the apartment.
