If anything, the tram track ran past the hotel and my was facing the street. The noise was not so bad.

I wanted a pool.

I didn’t like that my room was not cleaned properly and the bathroom was nasty with urine and bile on the toilet seat , I allowed vallet to park my car and the cracked my fender in the front of my transportation , a lot of homeless and drug attics were hanging out right in front of the hotel as well . Horrible I really wish that I could get a refund because the service was terrible .

The ambience was fantastic. The bed was very comfortable. The personel were awesome

The hotel was beautiful right upon entering the building. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. The room was clean and cozy. The beds, pillows and blankets were clean and super comfortable! It was also very convenient to have a Starbucks in the hotel!

Maybe having a few more food type options at the concessions bar. We got back late after our event and most restaurants in the area were closed. We had to resort to delivery from a fast food place. Not good!

Does NOT have EV chargers. They advertise the paid public chargers from a public garage a block away. Valet refused to park my EV.

Overall, it was a very nice hotel comparatively. Checkin was fast, hotel staff were friendly and helpful, excellent location, cleanest and most organized hotel fitness center I've ever been to! I stayed in a European studio king, perfect size & layout for me. Great view of downtown, comfortable bed and plenty of storage for a weekend stay without looking cluttered.

Really bad lighting over the mirror. Could hear the plumbing from guests' rooms and the train every now and then. Never been a fan of downtown parking and this hotel on offers valet but there are plenty of self park garages in the area. Personally wasnt a fan of the breakfast buffet.

Customer service was great. Very accommodating
