Our hosts were kind and check-in was relatively easy. The guesthouse was a cottage separate from the main house. They did the laundry for us at an additional cost which was great and helped a lot. The breakfast was tasty and very fulling, and the cottage was cleaned every time we left.

I had thought that payment was taken care of prior to the booking, and even though I could pay at the guesthouse, I would have preferred if the money was deducted before my stay.

Could have done with a slice of toast.

Kind and cheerful on arrival. I was offered a meal as I was late on arrival. So thoughtful. Fresh flowers warm and cosy. I loved the decor, and a specially the accesse to the Bueatifull garden in the morning.

I would have liked to stay longer.

The bed was probably the comfiest one ever slept in (away form home) The heater in my room was put on to take the chill out of the air - thanks Im really fussy about shower water pressure - the shower was awesome

Having to pay separately via EFT - Not a biggy, but for me its more convenient to have the account settled automatically through the booking.com app or rather have the invoice sent via email ahead of time.

Perhaps the bed could have been a tad softer, but I'm a bit sensitive.

I liked the comfort and the facilities in the accommodation.

The owner was very rude. She barged into the property while we were preparing to check out and a had a vacuum cleaner already in her hand; indicating to us to get out. I understand that check out time was at 10.30 and it was 11am when she barged in but this was my first experience where someone was so rude and uncouth. I have travelled a lot and stayed in many different properties and on occasions have been late for check out but never have I experienced such a rude check out call.

They treated us like royalty.

Jazz was very friendly and helpful. It was a silent haven to relax. Coffee, sugar, tea and rusks was very special. Nice to have full DSTV and it was a surprise. Slept like a baby!

Our unit was cosy, but a bit small. This is not negative - just our experience. Apart from this, we enjoyed our stay.

The Tree Tops Apartment was so quaint and romantic, beautifully decorated, comfortable, thoughtfully and cleverly equipped with everything that we could possibly need! The garden setting is exquisite, with a very Tuscan feel. Our hostess went out of her way to assist and accommodate us, thank you Jazz. We absolutely loved our stay, and will definitely be back!
