Fantastic location and views. Staff were wonderful and attentive. Cant wait to go back.

Nice view,cleanliness, nice pool,nice food and nice breakfast. Full kitchen utensil and a lot of glasses for many kind of drink. The maids were very good for service.

Road to the place was not good for 50 m. Dinner was late. Maybe the place forget about order. Better to confirm about dinner the day before check in.

Nothing was good about this stay. They shouldn't be listed on Booking.com.

Terrible experience. 1. The hotel double booked and tried to move me halfway through a two day stay. 2. Very seriously, I guaranteed the booking with a credit card but the ‘hotel' insisted on a bank transfer 24 hours prior to arrival. I have never encountered this request before in hundreds of hotel bookings; why was the credit card security not sufficient? If my Thai friend had not been able to make the transfer from a Thai bank account I would have been unable to do so whilst away from my own country and so presumably lost the booking at too short notice to find an alternative. Absolutely ridiculous and unheard of. DO NOT BOOK UNLESS YOU CAN MAKE FULL TRANSFER FROM THAI BANK ACCOUNT BEFORE ARRIVAL. 3. No toilet paper on arrival. 4. Dirty bathroom. Incidentally the staff were very pleasant and I’m certain the problems are all with the management. 5. No WiFi in rooms or public areas as advertised on Booking.com. This was fundamental meaning I had to leave for Bangkok a day early because I was unable to undertake work. 6. The room wasn’t even serviced. Not even entered and bed made and tidied. Apparently because ‘I didn’t ask’. Really? 7. The breakfast was abysmal, a sausage and an egg and rice, but more importantly no-one knocked on the door to say it was there. I even checked outside the bedroom door before I called and it wasn’t there. Then when I called I was told it was on the terrace. Seriously? Am I a mind-reader? And, the sausage and egg were uncovered and so inedible because I couldn’t know that flies hadn’t sat on food left exposed outside. Disgusting. 8. The whole experience was appalling, and frankly they don’t deserve a listing on Booking.com.

Staff is very lovey. Rooms are very comfortable and spacious (we booked chalet).

It’s quite weird that housekeeper’s room is in chalet but not much concern. Location is a bit far from other places. It will be fine if you have prepared everything for party.
